培育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu),建(jian)好“大師(shi)資(zi)”,圍繞“西遷(qian)(qian)精神(shen)”加強學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術研(yan)究(jiu)。持續壯大教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu),定期開展集體備課(ke)和思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)大練兵(bing)活動,著力提升思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。全面推進課(ke)程(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)高(gao)質量建(jian)設(she),推動各門課(ke)程(cheng)與思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)同向同行,形成(cheng)全方位育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)合力。依托省級(ji)科研(yan)基地西遷(qian)(qian)精神(shen)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心,以(yi)馬克思(si)主義學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為主體,組建(jian)跨學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科、分層次研(yan)究(jiu)梯隊(dui)(dui),編(bian)寫(xie)出版(ban)西遷(qian)(qian)類圖書10余部(bu),承擔省部(bu)級(ji)以(yi)上項目10余項。主編(bian)的(de)(de)《西遷(qian)(qian)精神(shen)讀本》(高(gao)中(zhong)版(ban)、小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高(gao)年級(ji)版(ban))被納入(ru)陜(shan)西省中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)重點德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)讀本。在(zai)人(ren)民網黨史學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)平臺講述“西遷(qian)(qian)專(zhuan)列乘(cheng)車證”的(de)(de)故事,通過《中(zhong)國教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)報(bao)》《中(zhong)國文物(wu)報(bao)》《學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習時報(bao)》等解讀革命文物(wu)背(bei)后的(de)(de)故事,全方位多(duo)形式闡釋西遷(qian)(qian)精神(shen)的(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)作用,著力推動“大思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術繁榮。
