中國人(ren)(ren)民大學(xue)認(ren)真(zhen)學(xue)習貫徹習近平總書記(ji)關(guan)于學(xue)校思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)設(she)的重要指示和在(zai)學(xue)校考察時的重要講(jiang)話精(jing)神,緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞立德樹(shu)人(ren)(ren)根本(ben)任(ren)務,在(zai)機制建(jian)設(she)、課(ke)程教學(xue)、社會實踐、師資(zi)隊伍、資(zi)源(yuan)整合(he)等方面深化(hua)改革(ge)創(chuang)新(xin),打造高精(jing)尖水平思(si)政(zheng)課(ke),以“大思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)”拓(tuo)展(zhan)育人(ren)(ren)新(xin)格局,努(nu)力(li)培養更多(duo)讓黨放心、愛國奉獻(xian)、擔當民族復興重任(ren)的時代新(xin)人(ren)(ren)。
強化統籌設(she)計(ji),凝聚工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)合(he)力。加強組(zu)織領導(dao)(dao),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委高度(du)重(zhong)視“大(da)思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)”建(jian)(jian)設(she),將其擺在突出位置,作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)要議(yi)題(ti)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改革發展(zhan)的(de)重(zhong)要內容,黨(dang)委常委會會議(yi)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長辦(ban)公會定期專題(ti)研究推(tui)進(jin)相關工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。成立(li)由(you)黨(dang)委書記和(he)(he)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長擔(dan)任(ren)組(zu)長的(de)思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)領導(dao)(dao)小(xiao)組(zu),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)負責同志(zhi)帶(dai)頭講思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)、帶(dai)頭聽思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)、帶(dai)頭聯(lian)系思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師,努力推(tui)動(dong)思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)高質量發展(zhan)。持續完善機(ji)制,制定《新時代中國人民(min)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治理論(lun)課(ke)改革創(chuang)新實(shi)施方(fang)案》等文件10余項,將“思(si)(si)政(zheng)金課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程”納入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)“新路建(jian)(jian)設(she)十大(da)工(gong)(gong)程”,設(she)立(li)“‘好老師、大(da)先生’培(pei)育”等12個(ge)子項目,建(jian)(jian)立(li)健(jian)全(quan)思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)程標準(zhun)審(shen)核和(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)案評價(jia)制度(du),完善教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內容和(he)(he)質量監(jian)督等制度(du)。在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、院兩級設(she)立(li)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)督導(dao)(dao)組(zu),構建(jian)(jian)“黨(dang)委統一領導(dao)(dao)、職能(neng)部門緊密(mi)配(pei)合(he)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院深(shen)度(du)參與”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)制,積極推(tui)動(dong)思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)常態化長效化制度(du)化,凝聚起全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)好思(si)(si)政(zheng)課(ke)的(de)強大(da)合(he)力。
強(qiang)化改革創新(xin),提升課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)內涵。構建課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi),全(quan)力建好(hao)建強(qiang)以習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)為核心(xin)內容(rong)的課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)群,打造本碩(shuo)博“必修(xiu)課(ke)(ke)+選(xuan)修(xiu)課(ke)(ke)”思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi),努(nu)力吸收最(zui)前沿的內容(rong)、集中(zhong)(zhong)最(zui)優(you)秀(xiu)的教(jiao)(jiao)師、給予最(zui)全(quan)面的保障,大力推(tui)(tui)動黨(dang)的創新(xin)理論(lun)進(jin)(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)材、進(jin)(jin)課(ke)(ke)堂、進(jin)(jin)頭腦。始終將建好(hao)“習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)概(gai)(gai)論(lun)”課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)作為重大政(zheng)(zheng)治任務,學校負責同志(zhi)多次召開集體備課(ke)(ke)會(hui)(hui),集中(zhong)(zhong)挖(wa)掘和(he)探討教(jiao)(jiao)學重點問題,研(yan)究制定課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)綜(zong)合改革方案。依托學校“人(ren)文社科領域獨樹(shu)一幟”辦學優(you)勢,開設“習近平經濟(ji)思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)概(gai)(gai)論(lun)”“習近平生態文明思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)概(gai)(gai)論(lun)”“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)歷史”等思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)選(xuan)修(xiu)課(ke)(ke),不斷豐富思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)供給,舉全(quan)校之力打造思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)“金課(ke)(ke)”。夯實課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學理基礎,著(zhu)力發揮馬(ma)克思(si)(si)主義理論(lun)學科的引領作用,啟動“習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)研(yan)究工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”,推(tui)(tui)出《習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)研(yan)究叢書(shu)》《馬(ma)克思(si)(si)主義發展(zhan)史》等成(cheng)果(guo),為思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學提供學理支(zhi)撐。
強(qiang)化(hua)師(shi)資保障,建好(hao)育(yu)人(ren)隊(dui)(dui)伍。打造專兼結合的師(shi)資隊(dui)(dui)伍,嚴格按師(shi)生比(bi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低于1:350的比(bi)例核(he)定專職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崗位,通(tong)過杰(jie)出學(xue)(xue)者(zhe)引進(jin)(jin)、優秀畢(bi)業(ye)生選留、退休教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)返聘等(deng)舉措建強(qiang)師(shi)資隊(dui)(dui)伍。聘請黨政(zheng)(zheng)領導(dao)干(gan)部、企事(shi)業(ye)單位管理(li)專家、社科(ke)理(li)論專家等(deng)加(jia)入思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)(dui)伍,邀請“八一勛章”獲(huo)得者(zhe)、勞動模(mo)范、大國工匠等(deng)先進(jin)(jin)代表參與思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)。統籌思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)論課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、專業(ye)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、專兼職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)輔(fu)導(dao)員、實踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)基地負責(ze)人(ren)多方力(li)(li)量,著力(li)(li)構建“共同規劃、合力(li)(li)指導(dao)、協同育(yu)人(ren)”的長效(xiao)機制(zhi)。健全思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)評(ping)價機制(zhi),成(cheng)立馬(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主義理(li)論與思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)專業(ye)技(ji)術職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)務(職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng))評(ping)審(shen)委員會,在職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng)評(ping)審(shen)工作中對思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)論課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)單設(she)類別(bie)、單列指標(biao),確保高級專業(ye)技(ji)術職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)務(職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng))崗位比(bi)例不(bu)(bu)(bu)低于平均水(shui)平,探索將指導(dao)學(xue)(xue)生開展實踐活動納入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)工作量考核(he)范圍,暢通(tong)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)專業(ye)發展通(tong)道。加(jia)強(qiang)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)后備(bei)力(li)(li)量建設(she),深(shen)入落實“高校思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)論課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)(dui)伍后備(bei)人(ren)才培養專項支持計劃”,進(jin)(jin)一步健全馬(ma)克思(si)(si)(si)主義理(li)論學(xue)(xue)科(ke)“本碩博一體化(hua)”培養體系,不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷筑牢思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)論課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)后備(bei)人(ren)才培養基礎。
強化(hua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),用好社(she)會(hui)(hui)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)。推動(dong)(dong)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工作體系(xi)建設,著力構建“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部(bu)(bu)—學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)—學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)系(xi)”貫(guan)通(tong)機制,設計(ji)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)引領、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓、實(shi)(shi)(shi)崗鍛煉等(deng)板塊(kuai),完善本(ben)碩博(bo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生共(gong)同參(can)與的組織方式,為(wei)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工作提供保(bao)障。規范(fan)建設實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)課(ke)(ke)程,在本(ben)科(ke)生培(pei)養方案明確2學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分的“大(da)(da)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)”實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)課(ke)(ke),通(tong)過“千人百村”“街巷中(zhong)國”等(deng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan),推動(dong)(dong)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生社(she)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)結合(he),思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)小課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)和社(she)會(hui)(hui)大(da)(da)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)結合(he)。積極建設“大(da)(da)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)”實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)地,主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)對接(jie)各類基(ji)地場館,強化(hua)校地聯動(dong)(dong)、校館聯動(dong)(dong),聚(ju)合(he)育人平臺,開(kai)(kai)發(fa)現場教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)題(ti),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。已建成7個(ge)革命(ming)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)基(ji)地、42個(ge)鄉村振興(xing)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)基(ji)地、3個(ge)美麗中(zhong)國實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)基(ji)地,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生在“行走的課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)”中(zhong)深刻體悟新時代偉大(da)(da)成就。依托大(da)(da)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)資源(yuan)、文(wen)(wen)博(bo)機構實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)平臺資源(yuan)與北京市文(wen)(wen)化(hua)遺產(chan)資源(yuan),打(da)造(zao)“北京中(zhong)軸(zhou)線(xian)上(shang)的大(da)(da)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)”,獲評國家文(wen)(wen)物(wu)局(ju)、教(jiao)育部(bu)(bu)以革命(ming)文(wen)(wen)物(wu)為(wei)主(zhu)題(ti)的“大(da)(da)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)”優質資源(yuan)項目。推進課(ke)(ke)內外社(she)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)項目一(yi)體設計(ji),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“脫(tuo)貧攻(gong)堅(jian)鑄史(shi)路(lu)”“田野課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)路(lu)”等(deng)特(te)(te)色社(she)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),鼓勵歷史(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、商(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)等(deng)依托學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)優勢(shi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“田野考(kao)古”“千里江(jiang)山”等(deng)專(zhuan)項調(diao)研,以專(zhuan)業特(te)(te)長下沉調(diao)研深度,著力打(da)造(zao)理論(lun)性和實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)性相(xiang)統一(yi)的“大(da)(da)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)”,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生在實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)深化(hua)理論(lun)認知、陶冶情懷情操、堅(jian)定(ding)理想信念。
強化(hua)協(xie)同聯(lian)動(dong),搭(da)建(jian)(jian)資(zi)源平(ping)臺(tai)。推(tui)動(dong)大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)一體(ti)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she),與陜西(xi)延(yan)安中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)、江蘇淮安新安小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)、北(bei)京(jing)育才學(xue)(xue)校等共同發起成立全(quan)國(guo)(guo)大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育一體(ti)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)紅色資(zi)源共享聯(lian)盟(meng),輻射234所合作(zuo)伙伴學(xue)(xue)校。舉(ju)辦“青(qing)椒論(lun)(lun)壇”,搭(da)建(jian)(jian)大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)青(qing)年思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師交流(liu)、探討、展(zhan)(zhan)示平(ping)臺(tai),目前(qian)(qian)已舉(ju)辦32期,累計覆蓋(gai)21個(ge)省(sheng)(區、市)10萬(wan)余名思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師。開展(zhan)(zhan)“讀懂(dong)北(bei)京(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)軸線(xian)”“探訪(fang)大(da)國(guo)(guo)邊疆縣”等一體(ti)化(hua)活動(dong),牽手(shou)“北(bei)京(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)軸線(xian)上的(de)大(da)思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)”輻射的(de)首都(dou)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)代表、141所邊疆縣域(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)代表,“大(da)手(shou)拉小(xiao)手(shou)”打造(zao)廣闊的(de)“社會大(da)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂”。依托北(bei)京(jing)高(gao)(gao)校思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)理論(lun)(lun)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)高(gao)(gao)精尖創(chuang)新中(zhong)(zhong)心,打造(zao)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師備課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)“中(zhong)(zhong)央廚房”,持續完善全(quan)國(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao)校思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師網絡集體(ti)備課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)平(ping)臺(tai)建(jian)(jian)設(she),匯聚超過300萬(wan)條文獻資(zi)源、4萬(wan)余冊(ce)電子圖(tu)書(shu)、1.3萬(wan)余個(ge)微視頻(pin)等教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)資(zi)源。推(tui)出“學(xue)(xue)習思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)”APP,截(jie)至目前(qian)(qian)已有(you)超過300萬(wan)人次使(shi)用學(xue)(xue)習。舉(ju)辦“周(zhou)末(mo)理論(lun)(lun)大(da)講(jiang)堂”,覆蓋(gai)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)超過2800所高(gao)(gao)校的(de)14.1萬(wan)余名思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師、近7萬(wan)名馬克(ke)思(si)主義理論(lun)(lun)學(xue)(xue)科研究生,推(tui)動(dong)用新時代黨的(de)創(chuang)新理論(lun)(lun)鑄魂育人,不斷提高(gao)(gao)思(si)政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)針對(dui)性和吸(xi)引(yin)力(li)。
