廣東省(sheng)堅持以習近平(ping)新時代中(zhong)(zhong)國特(te)色社(she)會(hui)主義思(si)想為指(zhi)導,深入落實習近平(ping)總書記關(guan)于(yu)教育(yu)的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)論(lun)述和關(guan)于(yu)思(si)政課(ke)建(jian)設的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)指(zhi)示(shi)批示(shi)精神(shen),緊緊圍繞立(li)德樹人根(gen)本任務,聚焦充分發揮好(hao)思(si)政課(ke)關(guan)鍵課(ke)程(cheng)作(zuo)用,在制(zhi)度(du)機制(zhi)、課(ke)程(cheng)資源、教師隊伍、教學(xue)教研等方面,不斷深化改革創(chuang)新,積(ji)極推(tui)進大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)思(si)政課(ke)一體化建(jian)設,努力培養堪當民族復(fu)興重(zhong)(zhong)任的(de)(de)時代新人。
統籌設(she)計,推動(dong)制度機制一體(ti)(ti)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)。一是(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)組(zu)織領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)。省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)高度重(zhong)(zhong)視學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),將其納入(ru)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)議事(shi)日程,省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)常委(wei)(wei)會(hui)專題(ti)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)推進相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。省(sheng)(sheng)級層(ceng)面(mian)先(xian)(xian)后印(yin)發《廣(guang)東省(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)(li)論(lun)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)行動(dong)計劃》《關(guan)(guan)于加強新(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)代(dai)馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)義學(xue)院(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的若干措施》《統籌推進大(da)中小學(xue)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治理(li)(li)論(lun)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)一體(ti)(ti)化建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)措施》等文件(jian),著(zhu)力(li)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)總協調、省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)主(zhu)抓(zhua)(zhua)、各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門(men)合(he)力(li)推進的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制;指導(dao)(dao)高校(xiao)(xiao)層(ceng)面(mian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)(wei)直(zhi)接領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)、分管校(xiao)(xiao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)具體(ti)(ti)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)、馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)義學(xue)院(yuan)主(zhu)抓(zhua)(zhua)、相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)部(bu)(bu)門(men)各(ge)負(fu)其責(ze)(ze)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制。將思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)列(lie)入(ru)市縣政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府履行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)職責(ze)(ze)評價體(ti)(ti)系,推動(dong)各(ge)地、各(ge)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)部(bu)(bu)門(men)、各(ge)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)齊抓(zhua)(zhua)共(gong)管、積極(ji)聯(lian)動(dong),共(gong)同推動(dong)全省(sheng)(sheng)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)高質量發展(zhan)。二是(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)帶頭示(shi)范。落實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)上(shang)講(jiang)(jiang)臺講(jiang)(jiang)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)制度,省(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)帶頭,省(sheng)(sheng)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)每年走進高校(xiao)(xiao)為師生(sheng)講(jiang)(jiang)授(shou)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),并實(shi)行全省(sheng)(sheng)大(da)中小學(xue)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)織書(shu)記(ji)、校(xiao)(xiao)長每學(xue)期(qi)為學(xue)生(sheng)上(shang)第一堂思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)制度。2019年以來,省(sheng)(sheng)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)講(jiang)(jiang)授(shou)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)51人(ren)次,高校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)講(jiang)(jiang)授(shou)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)2882人(ren)次,切實(shi)發揮領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)的示(shi)范引(yin)領(ling)(ling)作(zuo)(zuo)用。三是(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)理(li)(li)論(lun)融入(ru)。堅持“學(xue)、講(jiang)(jiang)、宣、研(yan)(yan)、行”一體(ti)(ti)推進,抓(zhua)(zhua)好專題(ti)培訓、集(ji)體(ti)(ti)備課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)、主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)活動(dong),組(zu)織思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師先(xian)(xian)學(xue)領(ling)(ling)學(xue)、以學(xue)促教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),推動(dong)黨(dang)(dang)的創新(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)論(lun)及時(shi)(shi)融入(ru)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)。通過(guo)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)小組(zu)、讀書(shu)會(hui)等形式,指導(dao)(dao)學(xue)生(sheng)研(yan)(yan)讀《習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)著(zhu)作(zuo)(zuo)選讀》、馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)(si)(si)主(zhu)義經典著(zhu)作(zuo)(zuo)等。開展(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)的二十大(da)精神專題(ti)宣講(jiang)(jiang)行動(dong),結合(he)習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記(ji)對廣(guang)東系列(lie)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)講(jiang)(jiang)話重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)指示(shi)精神,組(zu)織學(xue)生(sheng)沿著(zhu)習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記(ji)的足(zu)跡,開展(zhan)沉浸式、體(ti)(ti)驗式學(xue)習(xi)(xi),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)(dao)廣(guang)大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)更加深(shen)刻感(gan)悟習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)新(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)代(dai)中國(guo)特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)的真理(li)(li)偉力(li)和實(shi)踐偉力(li)。
