北京林業大學(xue)深(shen)入學(xue)習貫(guan)徹習近平總書記關于教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)論述特(te)別是(shi)給全國涉農高校書記校長和(he)(he)專家(jia)代表的(de)重要(yao)(yao)回信精神,全面(mian)貫(guan)徹黨的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)方(fang)針,落實《教(jiao)育(yu)部關于加強和(he)(he)改進涉農高校耕讀教(jiao)育(yu)工作方(fang)案(an)》要(yao)(yao)求,發揮學(xue)校學(xue)科(ke)專業、師資專家(jia)、科(ke)研資源等方(fang)面(mian)特(te)色(se)優勢,創新推進新時(shi)代耕讀教(jiao)育(yu),健(jian)全完善協同育(yu)人(ren)機制,組織引導廣大師生爭做“綠水青山就(jiu)是(shi)金山銀山”理念的(de)積極(ji)傳(chuan)播(bo)者(zhe)和(he)(he)模范(fan)踐(jian)行者(zhe),努力為服(fu)務國家(jia)生態文明(ming)建設提供智力和(he)(he)人(ren)才支持(chi)。
強(qiang)化(hua)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)領(ling)導(dao),深化(hua)耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)改革。成(cheng)立耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)工作領(ling)導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu),由學校黨委書記、校長(chang)擔任組(zu)長(chang),相(xiang)(xiang)關職能(neng)部(bu)門和學院(yuan)為(wei)(wei)成(cheng)員單(dan)位,統(tong)籌校內(nei)外耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)資源,持續探索(suo)新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)新(xin)內(nei)涵、新(xin)模式(shi)(shi)。加強(qiang)系統(tong)設計(ji),出臺《新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)本科教(jiao)育(yu)綜(zong)合(he)改革樹人(ren)行動(dong)計(ji)劃》,印發(fa)(fa)《北京林業(ye)大學新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)(shi)施方(fang)案(an)》,著力(li)構建“黨委統(tong)一領(ling)導(dao)—部(bu)門協同發(fa)(fa)力(li)—學院(yuan)創(chuang)新(xin)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)”長(chang)效工作機制(zhi)。將耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)作為(wei)(wei)推(tui)動(dong)高等教(jiao)育(yu)內(nei)涵式(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和一流大學建設的(de)特色(se)舉措和重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)抓手,面(mian)向新(xin)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)、新(xin)鄉村、新(xin)農(nong)(nong)民、新(xin)生(sheng)態,推(tui)動(dong)耕(geng)讀(du)傳統(tong)與(yu)時(shi)代(dai)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相(xiang)(xiang)融(rong)(rong)合(he)、理(li)論教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)育(yu)相(xiang)(xiang)融(rong)(rong)合(he)、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)實(shi)(shi)踐與(yu)課程實(shi)(shi)踐相(xiang)(xiang)融(rong)(rong)合(he)、因地(di)制(zhi)宜與(yu)協同推(tui)進相(xiang)(xiang)融(rong)(rong)合(he),增強(qiang)學生(sheng)愛黨愛國愛民情懷。立足農(nong)(nong)林院(yuan)校服務(wu)(wu)國家生(sheng)態文明建設的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使命,將勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)納入人(ren)才培養方(fang)案(an),提高實(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)學比重(zhong),發(fa)(fa)揮農(nong)(nong)林專(zhuan)業(ye)優勢特色(se),通過打造勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)課程體系、設立特色(se)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)周、組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)集體勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)實(shi)(shi)踐和服務(wu)(wu)性勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)實(shi)(shi)踐等方(fang)式(shi)(shi),教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)廣大師生(sheng)將耕(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)育(yu)理(li)念內(nei)化(hua)于心、外化(hua)于行,不(bu)斷(duan)提升專(zhuan)業(ye)認同感和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)獲得感。
突出(chu)時代(dai)特征,加強課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系建(jian)設。緊密結合(he)現代(dai)農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)和人才培(pei)養實(shi)際,圍繞(rao)山水(shui)林(lin)(lin)(lin)田(tian)湖草(cao)沙等(deng)(deng)(deng)基(ji)本要素(su),探索構建(jian)新(xin)時代(dai)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體系。打造“通(tong)專結合(he)”的耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系,開設“中國(guo)林(lin)(lin)(lin)業(ye)歷(li)史文(wen)化(hua)概論(lun)(lun)”“綠(lv)色經典導讀(du)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)18門(men)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)通(tong)識(shi)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),“林(lin)(lin)(lin)木種(zhong)苗學(xue)”“草(cao)地培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)58門(men)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)專業(ye)理論(lun)(lun)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),“經濟林(lin)(lin)(lin)栽培(pei)學(xue)”“ 經濟林(lin)(lin)(lin)產品(pin)貯藏與加工”等(deng)(deng)(deng)33門(men)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)專業(ye)實(shi)踐課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),系統優化(hua)有關(guan)中華農(nong)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)文(wen)明、鄉(xiang)土民俗文(wen)化(hua)、鄉(xiang)村治理、綠(lv)色發(fa)展(zhan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),充分體現現代(dai)農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)業(ye)新(xin)技(ji)術新(xin)業(ye)態新(xin)變化(hua),不(bu)斷(duan)強化(hua)生態文(wen)明教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)。打造特色精(jing)品(pin)在(zai)線開放課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系,在(zai)國(guo)家智(zhi)慧教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)平(ping)臺推出(chu)“林(lin)(lin)(lin)學(xue)概論(lun)(lun)”“生態文(wen)明概論(lun)(lun)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)一(yi)批優質共享課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),努力拓展(zhan)優質耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)源覆蓋面與影(ying)響(xiang)力。打造耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)材體系,編寫(xie)“綠(lv)水(shui)青山——習近平(ping)生態文(wen)明思想概論(lun)(lun)”“中華農(nong)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)文(wen)明”“森(sen)林(lin)(lin)(lin)草(cao)原與社(she)會”“農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)院(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與四季實(shi)踐”等(deng)(deng)(deng)相關(guan)精(jing)品(pin)教(jiao)(jiao)材,深度(du)挖掘提煉專業(ye)知識(shi)體系中所蘊(yun)含的耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)元素(su),科學(xue)合(he)理融入(ru)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)中,不(bu)斷(duan)提升耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)特色化(hua)、現代(dai)化(hua)、精(jing)準化(hua)水(shui)平(ping)。
堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)五育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融(rong)通,創(chuang)新(xin)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)模式。充分(fen)發揮(hui)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“樹(shu)(shu)德、增智(zhi)、強體(ti)、育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)美”等(deng)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)性育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人功能,將農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)課堂(tang)開設到(dao)山(shan)水林(lin)(lin)(lin)田(tian)湖(hu)草(cao)沙一體(ti)化(hua)保護和(he)(he)(he)系(xi)統(tong)治理(li)的(de)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)中,增強學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)解決復雜實(shi)(shi)際問題(ti)的(de)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)能力(li),聚力(li)培(pei)養高素質(zhi)新(xin)型(xing)農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)人才。堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)“一院一策”,結合(he)各專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)特點和(he)(he)(he)優(you)勢,組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)到(dao)林(lin)(lin)(lin)區、到(dao)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)基地(di)(di)(di)一線開展耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),打造(zao)“春(chun)植綠、夏認樹(shu)(shu)、秋(qiu)撫育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、冬防火”特色耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)品牌,如(ru),林(lin)(lin)(lin)學(xue)(xue)院創(chuang)新(xin)開展“春(chun)秀林(lin)(lin)(lin)木”實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian),幫助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在“苗圃植樹(shu)(shu)修剪—大田(tian)栽培(pei)澆灌—山(shan)林(lin)(lin)(lin)調(diao)查防害—產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)基地(di)(di)(di)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”全鏈條實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)中,更好掌握種苗培(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、林(lin)(lin)(lin)分(fen)調(diao)查、病蟲害防治等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)知識和(he)(he)(he)技能。依(yi)托學(xue)(xue)校鷲(jiu)峰實(shi)(shi)驗林(lin)(lin)(lin)場(chang)、國家級(ji)自(zi)然保護區、智(zhi)慧農(nong)場(chang)、農(nong)林(lin)(lin)(lin)龍頭企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)基地(di)(di)(di)等(deng)場(chang)所(suo),建設33個耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)基地(di)(di)(di),推動(dong)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)涉農(nong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)全覆(fu)蓋(gai)和(he)(he)(he)區域(yu)性共建共享(xiang),輻(fu)射帶(dai)動(dong)大中小學(xue)(xue)一體(ti)化(hua)開展耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian),引導廣大師(shi)生(sheng)增強服務“三農(nong)”和(he)(he)(he)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)農(nong)村現(xian)代化(hua)的(de)使命感和(he)(he)(he)責任感。融(rong)通第一課堂(tang)和(he)(he)(he)第二(er)課堂(tang),組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)課余時間開展綠化(hua)造(zao)林(lin)(lin)(lin)、種草(cao)護草(cao)、景觀美化(hua)、病蟲害防治等(deng)公益活動(dong),讓耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融(rong)入日常生(sheng)活,用行動(dong)踐(jian)(jian)行“替河山(shan)裝成錦繡,把國土繪(hui)成丹青”的(de)誓言。依(yi)托省部級(ji)及以上野外臺站,建設“戶外學(xue)(xue)校”,進行模塊化(hua)耕(geng)(geng)(geng)讀(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)設計,強化(hua)理(li)論與實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)環節的(de)緊密融(rong)合(he),系(xi)統(tong)培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)能力(li)和(he)(he)(he)綜(zong)(zong)合(he)素養。
夯實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)條件保障,確(que)保耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)育(yu)(yu)人實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)效。構(gou)(gou)(gou)建(jian)(jian)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學分(fen)(fen)體(ti)系,推(tui)(tui)動實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)“實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐組織—監督考核—成績(ji)認(ren)定”專(zhuan)人負(fu)責(ze)、閉(bi)環管(guan)理,確(que)保耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)出實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)效見長效。設(she)立(li)專(zhuan)項(xiang)經費保障耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐,推(tui)(tui)進(jin)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改革研(yan)究(jiu),建(jian)(jian)立(li)經費使用績(ji)效核算(suan)機制。校領導參(can)與(yu)專(zhuan)項(xiang)督導組,對學院(yuan)組織實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)情況進(jin)行(xing)檢查,把相關結(jie)果作為評價學院(yuan)年度(du)工(gong)(gong)作情況的重(zhong)要指標(biao)。構(gou)(gou)(gou)建(jian)(jian)專(zhuan)兼(jian)結(jie)合(he)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)模(mo)式,積極組建(jian)(jian)校企(qi)、校地、校校聯(lian)合(he)的協同育(yu)(yu)人中心,選派一(yi)批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師到農(林)業(ye)部門(men)、行(xing)業(ye)企(qi)業(ye)、農村基層掛職(zhi)鍛煉,聘請企(qi)業(ye)技術(shu)人員、農林科技專(zhuan)家、鄉(xiang)村工(gong)(gong)匠、種養(yang)能手等擔任(ren)校外兼(jian)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師,通過“培養(yang)+引(yin)進(jin)”模(mo)式不斷提(ti)升耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍整(zheng)體(ti)素質水平,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)“青(qing)藍卓(zhuo)越計(ji)劃(hua)”,把教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師帶到林場進(jin)行(xing)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)地培訓,也為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師提(ti)供收(shou)集一(yi)線教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學資(zi)源的機會。探索構(gou)(gou)(gou)建(jian)(jian)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)激勵體(ti)系,開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)星級志(zhi)愿(yuan)者認(ren)證,并納(na)入評獎評優(you),充分(fen)(fen)激發學生(sheng)參(can)與(yu)積極性,確(que)保參(can)與(yu)耕(geng)(geng)讀(du)(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)更(geng)主動、可(ke)持(chi)續。組織廣大青(qing)年學子開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)勞動文化月等活動,推(tui)(tui)動農林教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)走(zou)出“書本”、走(zou)下“黑板”、走(zou)進(jin)鄉(xiang)村,學校“A4210環保實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐項(xiang)目”獲評2022年度(du)北京高(gao)校精(jing)神文明(ming)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作優(you)秀案例。組建(jian)(jian)“生(sheng)態文明(ming)”博士生(sheng)講師團,近(jin)年來深入校園(yuan)、社區(qu)、軍營、鄉(xiang)村、企(qi)業(ye),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)習近(jin)平生(sheng)態文明(ming)思想宣講和綠色發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)改革實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐案例推(tui)(tui)廣,受(shou)眾達80余(yu)萬人次,用行(xing)動和智慧匯(hui)聚起生(sheng)態文明(ming)建(jian)(jian)設(she)磅礴力量。
