  同(tong)濟大(da)學認真學習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近平總(zong)書記(ji)關于做好高(gao)校(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)指示(shi)批示(shi)精神,落實黨中央(yang)、國務院有關決策部署,把學生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)擺在更(geng)加突出位置,探索實施工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制效能提(ti)升、人才培養質(zhi)量提(ti)升、供需對接成效提(ti)升和就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指導水平提(ti)升“四大(da)工(gong)(gong)程”,努力促進(jin)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生更(geng)高(gao)質(zhi)量更(geng)加充分就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。

  實(shi)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機制效能提升工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,強化(hua)(hua)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)支撐。落實(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)“一把手(shou)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,成立(li)由學(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委書(shu)(shu)記(ji)、校長(chang)擔任(ren)雙組(zu)長(chang)的學(xue)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)(dao)小組(zu),調(diao)動(dong)相關部(bu)門的資源力(li)(li)量(liang),在校級層面(mian)加(jia)強系(xi)統設計(ji)、做好統籌謀劃(hua)、形成持久合力(li)(li)。建立(li)常態(tai)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)推(tui)進機制,年(nian)初召開(kai)年(nian)度(du)學(xue)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議、年(nian)中根據就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)進展召開(kai)專(zhuan)題會議、年(nian)末在黨(dang)(dang)委常委會匯報專(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),明確(que)校院兩級在重要時間節點的重點任(ren)務(wu),有力(li)(li)有序推(tui)動(dong)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)。突(tu)出(chu)學(xue)院主(zhu)(zhu)體責(ze)(ze)任(ren),學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)委書(shu)(shu)記(ji)、院長(chang)為(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)第一責(ze)(ze)任(ren)人,分管副書(shu)(shu)記(ji)為(wei)直接責(ze)(ze)任(ren)人,就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)專(zhuan)職(zhi)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員具體落實(shi),并(bing)將就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納入學(xue)院年(nian)度(du)考核、評獎(jiang)評優指標體系(xi),形成院系(xi)領導(dao)(dao)班(ban)子、研究生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)師、班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)等全員參與的就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)格局。不(bu)斷健全學(xue)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)有關規(gui)章制度(du),研究制定《同濟大學(xue)“揚帆(fan)獎(jiang)”評選辦法》《畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)高質量(liang)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)促進計(ji)劃(hua)》《2024屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)方案(an)》等文件,進一步織密織牢就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)政策保(bao)障(zhang)網。

  實(shi)施人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)質(zhi)量(liang)提升工程,夯(hang)實(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)基礎(chu)。落實(shi)“招生(sheng)(sheng)—培養(yang)—就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)”等(deng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)成長全過(guo)程中(zhong)各要素聯動(dong),制定《關于(yu)全面提升人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)若干意(yi)見》,本科(ke)(ke)生(sheng)(sheng)院(yuan)、研究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)院(yuan)、教學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)管理辦(ban)公室(shi)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)指導中(zhong)心等(deng)相關部門緊密配合(he)、定期研討(tao)(tao),實(shi)現(xian)選才(cai)(cai)(cai)、育才(cai)(cai)(cai)、成才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)有機(ji)統(tong)一。以(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長為(wei)中(zhong)心、正確發(fa)(fa)揮評價(jia)(jia)的(de)導向功能,將傳統(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)評價(jia)(jia)和(he)多維(wei)度多元化(hua)評價(jia)(jia)相結合(he),堅持(chi)以(yi)德為(wei)先、能力為(wei)重、全面發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),構建覆蓋(gai)(gai)“德、智、體(ti)、美、勞”全方位,貫穿人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)環節(jie)全過(guo)程,涵蓋(gai)(gai)“入學(xue)(xue)(xue)前、在校中(zhong)、畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)后(hou)”全周(zhou)期的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)評價(jia)(jia)體(ti)系。加強就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)數(shu)(shu)據統(tong)計監(jian)測,每年度根據畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)情況(kuang)分析畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)繼續深造(zao)、赴重點領域就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、赴基層就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、赴科(ke)(ke)研院(yuan)所就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)去(qu)向落實(shi)率等(deng)關鍵指標,編制《畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)質(zhi)量(liang)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)》《畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)狀況(kuang)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)》《人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)滿意(yi)度評價(jia)(jia)與市場(chang)需(xu)求報(bao)(bao)告(gao)》《學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)涯發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)與教育報(bao)(bao)告(gao)》等(deng),從就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)角度展(zhan)現(xian)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)成效、探討(tao)(tao)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)改進提升方向。完善就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)狀況(kuang)反饋(kui)預警機(ji)制,將畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)情況(kuang)作為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)動(dong)態(tai)調(diao)整(zheng)的(de)數(shu)(shu)據支撐和(he)重要參考(kao),努(nu)力實(shi)現(xian)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)社會需(xu)求的(de)良性互動(dong)。
