  中國鐵路工(gong)程(cheng)集團有限公司(以下簡稱(cheng)“中國中鐵”)發揮特大(da)型中央企業(ye)(ye)(ye)和行業(ye)(ye)(ye)龍頭企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的重(zhong)要辦學主(zhu)體(ti)作用(yong),發起(qi)成(cheng)立中國中鐵產教融合聯盟(meng),積極(ji)賦能現代職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教育體(ti)系建設改革。

  日前,在2024(第(di)二十屆)中(zhong)國企(qi)業(ye)培(pei)訓與發展年(nian)會上,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)國資資產管理(li)有限公(gong)司總經(jing)理(li)、黨委副書記井國彬做精彩報告,分享了中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)彰顯企(qi)業(ye)辦學(xue)主體功(gong)能(neng),優化產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合頂層設計,推動職教(jiao)(jiao)院校提質培(pei)優,打造校企(qi)合作特色(se)品牌,提升教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)科研綜合實(shi)力,以“中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)范式” 打造國家級(ji)產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合型企(qi)業(ye)的(de)經(jing)驗和做法。

  2021年4月,習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)在(zai)對職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)作出(chu)(chu)重(zhong)要指示中強調:“在(zai)全面建(jian)設(she)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)新征程(cheng)中,職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)前(qian)途廣闊、大(da)有可為。”2022年8月,習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)在(zai)向世界職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)大(da)會(hui)致信中提到:“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與經濟社會(hui)發展(zhan)緊密相(xiang)連(lian),對促進就業(ye)(ye)創業(ye)(ye)、經濟社會(hui)發展(zhan)、增進民生福祉具有重(zhong)要意(yi)義(yi)。”2023年5月,習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)在(zai)二十屆中央政治局第五(wu)次(ci)集(ji)體(ti)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)時(shi)強調:“統籌職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、繼(ji)續教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),推進職(zhi)普融通、產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合、科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融匯,源源不斷(duan)培(pei)養高(gao)素質技(ji)術技(ji)能人才、大(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)、能工(gong)(gong)巧匠(jiang)(jiang)。”2024年3月,習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)在(zai)“全國(guo)(guo)(guo)兩(liang)會(hui)”期(qi)間參(can)加(jia)江蘇代(dai)表(biao)團審議時(shi)提到:“大(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)是我(wo)們中華(hua)民族大(da)廈的(de)基石、棟梁。我(wo)們要實實在(zai)在(zai)地把職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)搞好,要樹立(li)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精神(shen),把第一線的(de)大(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)一批一批培(pei)養出(chu)(chu)來。這是頂梁柱,沒有金(jin)剛鉆,攬不了瓷(ci)器(qi)活。”習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)對職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)念茲在(zai)茲、深切關懷,堅定了企業(ye)(ye)發揮職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)重(zhong)要辦學(xue)(xue)主(zhu)體(ti)作用(yong),助(zhu)力國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)現(xian)代(dai)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系建(jian)設(she)的(de)信心和決心。

  中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵深(shen)入(ru)貫(guan)徹習(xi)近平(ping)總書記關于(yu)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)重要(yao)指示批(pi)示精(jing)神,落(luo)實黨中(zhong)央、國務院關于(yu)深(shen)化產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)改革、支(zhi)持(chi)大企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)舉辦高(gao)質(zhi)量職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育決策部署,緊抓《職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育法》修訂頒布契機,發揮特大型中(zhong)央企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)和行業(ye)(ye)龍頭(tou)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)重要(yao)辦學主體(ti)作用,發揚新時代(dai)中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵“開路先鋒(feng)”精(jing)神,發起成立(li)中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)聯盟,開創(chuang)了中(zhong)央企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)組建(jian)(jian)產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)集(ji)團(tuan)的(de)先河,積極賦(fu)能現代(dai)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育體(ti)系(xi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)改革,打造(zao)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)國家級產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)型企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)中(zhong)鐵范(fan)式(shi),為中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵高(gao)質(zhi)量發展(zhan),加快建(jian)(jian)設(she)具有全球競爭力的(de)世界一流企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)提供(gong)了有效(xiao)助力。

  一、以賡續傳統為使命,彰顯企業辦學主體功能
