深(shen)化“三(san)交叉”,打造專(zhuan)業建(jian)(jian)設(she)新(xin)(xin)(xin)生態(tai)。一是(shi)深(shen)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)交叉,支持建(jian)(jian)設(she)新(xin)(xin)(xin)興專(zhuan)業。依托“經(jing)濟與管理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)群”一流學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she),打造“交子金(jin)(jin)融(rong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)研究院”“中國行(xing)為經(jing)濟與行(xing)為金(jin)(jin)融(rong)研究中心”等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)交叉學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)平臺,在(zai)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)、人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)、區塊(kuai)鏈等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)領域(yu),建(jian)(jian)設(she)“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)”“大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)管理(li)與應用”“計(ji)算金(jin)(jin)融(rong)”“數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字經(jing)濟”“數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)技(ji)術”等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)8個(ge)新(xin)(xin)(xin)興專(zhuan)業,積極(ji)服務國家重大(da)(da)(da)(da)戰略與經(jing)濟社會發展需求(qiu)。二是(shi)深(shen)化專(zhuan)業交叉,凝(ning)練特(te)色(se)方(fang)向。開設(she)“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)與理(li)財(cai)”“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)統(tong)計(ji)與風險(xian)管理(li)”等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)6個(ge)“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)+X”復合型(xing)人(ren)才(cai)培養光(guang)華(hua)實驗(yan)(yan)班(ban),以“智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)+”方(fang)式(shi)升級(ji)發展9個(ge)“新(xin)(xin)(xin)財(cai)經(jing)”光(guang)華(hua)實驗(yan)(yan)班(ban),建(jian)(jian)設(she)“大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)會計(ji)”“數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字化管理(li)”“數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字傳播”等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)特(te)色(se)專(zhuan)業方(fang)向,著力深(shen)化人(ren)才(cai)培養模式(shi)改(gai)革。三(san)是(shi)深(shen)化課(ke)程(cheng)交叉,重塑專(zhuan)業形態(tai)。開設(she)人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)相關課(ke)程(cheng),以“智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)+”和大(da)(da)(da)(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)賦能(neng)(neng)傳統(tong)專(zhuan)業建(jian)(jian)設(she),促(cu)進(jin)財(cai)稅、新(xin)(xin)(xin)聞學(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)業發展。按“微(wei)(wei)而新(xin)(xin)(xin)、小而精”原(yuan)則,建(jian)(jian)設(she)5—10門體(ti)現專(zhuan)業領域(yu)、研究方(fang)向或核(he)心素養的課(ke)程(cheng)群,建(jian)(jian)設(she)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)、財(cai)富管理(li)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字人(ren)文等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)一批(pi)微(wei)(wei)專(zhuan)業,促(cu)進(jin)課(ke)程(cheng)體(ti)系更新(xin)(xin)(xin)。
強(qiang)化(hua)“三(san)融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)(he)”,構(gou)建人(ren)(ren)才培養新體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。一是(shi)(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)構(gou)建多學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。建設跨學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)“通識教(jiao)育”“專業教(jiao)育”“雙創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)教(jiao)育”系(xi)列課(ke)程(cheng),建成(cheng)《現代科(ke)(ke)技與(yu)(yu)審美藝(yi)術(shu)》《區(qu)塊鏈(lian)技術(shu)與(yu)(yu)加密(mi)數字貨(huo)幣》《創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造性思維與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新方法》《技術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業》等(deng)140余門(men)跨學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)(he)課(ke)程(cheng),全面提升學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)文和科(ke)(ke)技素養,激發學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業潛能。二(er)是(shi)(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)構(gou)建科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。開展(zhan)研(yan)討式(shi)(shi)、智能化(hua)、混合(he)(he)(he)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),重點(dian)支(zhi)持(chi)80個教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班開展(zhan)小(xiao)班化(hua)研(yan)討式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),從(cong)國(guo)內外高(gao)校引進(jin)(jin)優(you)質(zhi)課(ke)程(cheng),深入(ru)開展(zhan)混合(he)(he)(he)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式(shi)(shi)改革。通過(guo)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)項目(mu)進(jin)(jin)課(ke)程(cheng)、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)課(ke)題(ti)進(jin)(jin)課(ke)堂、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)成(cheng)果進(jin)(jin)教(jiao)材和學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進(jin)(jin)平臺(實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室)、進(jin)(jin)項目(mu)、進(jin)(jin)課(ke)題(ti)的(de)(de)“雙向三(san)進(jin)(jin)”機制,著力打造“科(ke)(ke)研(yan)—教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)—學(xue)(xue)(xue)習”連結體(ti)(ti)(ti),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現科(ke)(ke)研(yan)活動與(yu)(yu)育人(ren)(ren)活動、科(ke)(ke)研(yan)成(cheng)果與(yu)(yu)育人(ren)(ren)成(cheng)果互相轉(zhuan)換深度交融(rong)(rong)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)構(gou)建知(zhi)行融(rong)(rong)合(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。建成(cheng)《中(zhong)國(guo)家庭金融(rong)(rong)調查與(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐》等(deng)一批綜合(he)(he)(he)性實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐金課(ke),依托學(xue)(xue)(xue)校平臺完善學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)競賽(sai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi),建設“知(zhi)行天下(xia)·讀懂(dong)中(zhong)國(guo)”實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)育品(pin)牌(pai),通過(guo)中(zhong)國(guo)家庭金融(rong)(rong)調查、電(dian)商(shang)扶貧、“三(san)下(xia)鄉”等(deng)打造“行走的(de)(de)課(ke)堂”,推動師生(sheng)(sheng)社會(hui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)育同(tong)向同(tong)行,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong)堅定理想信念、增長知(zhi)識才干。
優化“三(san)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)”,完善互(hu)促共(gong)(gong)(gong)進新機(ji)制。一是優化互(hu)補互(hu)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)的(de)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)際協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)制。實施(shi)馬克思主義學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與專業(ye)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)“手拉(la)手”活動,推動課程(cheng)思政與思政課程(cheng)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)育人;建設(she)《金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)服務營銷》等20余門(men)“雙師課堂”課程(cheng),不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)學(xue)科背景的(de)教(jiao)師同(tong)(tong)(tong)上一門(men)課,提升學(xue)生利(li)用(yong)跨學(xue)科思維解決復(fu)雜問題的(de)能力(li);跨院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)組建中國(guo)(guo)(guo)區塊鏈研(yan)究中心(xin)、中國(guo)(guo)(guo)行(xing)(xing)為經(jing)濟與行(xing)(xing)為金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)研(yan)究中心(xin)等14個(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)團隊和(he)一批動態開放(fang)虛擬教(jiao)研(yan)室,為培(pei)養復(fu)合(he)型(xing)創新人才提供(gong)有力(li)支撐。二是優化共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享的(de)校際協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)制。發起成立(li)“川(chuan)渝通(tong)識(shi)教(jiao)育聯(lian)盟”“財(cai)(cai)經(jing)慕課聯(lian)盟”等,與財(cai)(cai)經(jing)高校共(gong)(gong)(gong)建《貨(huo)幣銀行(xing)(xing)學(xue)》等40門(men)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家級一流本(ben)科(線上)課程(cheng)和(he)10余個(ge)微專業(ye),與30多個(ge)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家和(he)地(di)區的(de)200余所高校、機(ji)構(gou)建立(li)合(he)作關系,通(tong)過平臺(tai)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建、資源共(gong)(gong)(gong)享、合(he)作共(gong)(gong)(gong)育全(quan)面提升復(fu)合(he)型(xing)人才培(pei)養能力(li)。三(san)是優化聯(lian)通(tong)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)通(tong)的(de)跨界協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)制。與行(xing)(xing)業(ye)企業(ye)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建專業(ye)核心(xin)課程(cheng),與中國(guo)(guo)(guo)建設(she)銀行(xing)(xing)共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)成立(li)“新金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)人才產(chan)教(jiao)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)聯(lian)盟”,設(she)立(li)西財(cai)(cai)建行(xing)(xing)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),開設(she)建行(xing)(xing)財(cai)(cai)富管理(li)實驗班(ban)(ban)、招商銀行(xing)(xing)金(jin)葵花(hua)理(li)財(cai)(cai)實驗班(ban)(ban)等。建立(li)“旋轉(zhuan)門(men)”機(ji)制,依(yi)托(tuo)四川(chuan)省、成都市與學(xue)校三(san)方共(gong)(gong)(gong)建的(de)交(jiao)子金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技創新研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等平臺(tai)開展金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技基礎理(li)論與前沿應用(yong)合(he)作研(yan)究,不(bu)斷提升財(cai)(cai)經(jing)類復(fu)合(he)型(xing)創新人才培(pei)養質量和(he)水平。
