  拓(tuo)(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)渠道(dao)方式,挖掘就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)潛能。落實高校書記校長(chang)訪企拓(tuo)(tuo)崗促就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)專項行(xing)動(dong),校院(yuan)兩級領導(dao)班子成(cheng)員全年(nian)走訪用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)1000余家(jia),開拓(tuo)(tuo)崗位(wei)(wei)8000余個(ge),結合學(xue)科專業(ye)(ye)特(te)點了解(jie)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才需求,做好與學(xue)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)意愿匹配工(gong)(gong)作,推動(dong)供需精(jing)準對接(jie)。充分發揮校園招聘(pin)主渠道(dao)作用(yong),實施(shi)“萬企進校園計劃”,全年(nian)舉辦招聘(pin)活動(dong)700余場,實現(xian)天天有(you)招聘(pin)、周周有(you)雙選(xuan)的熱烈氛圍。學(xue)校組織開展(zhan)(zhan)分行(xing)業(ye)(ye)、分地(di)(di)區、多(duo)類(lei)型的招聘(pin)活動(dong),各學(xue)院(yuan)獨立(li)或聯合開展(zhan)(zhan)小而精(jing)、專而優的專場招聘(pin)活動(dong)。深化校地(di)(di)合作,與多(duo)個(ge)地(di)(di)區建立(li)引才工(gong)(gong)作站,組織其定期來校開展(zhan)(zhan)專場招聘(pin)。鼓勵校企校地(di)(di)雙向掛(gua)職,地(di)(di)方人(ren)(ren)社部門(men)派員駐(zhu)校開展(zhan)(zhan)引才宣(xuan)傳和就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)權益保護工(gong)(gong)作,學(xue)校教師(shi)干部駐(zhu)點重點企業(ye)(ye)、重點地(di)(di)區了解(jie)崗位(wei)(wei)需求、挖掘就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)資源。加強與校友、地(di)(di)方人(ren)(ren)社部門(men)、招聘(pin)服務機構聯系(xi),多(duo)渠道(dao)多(duo)方式邀請用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)來校招聘(pin)。建立(li)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)信(xin)息共(gong)享數據庫,分專業(ye)(ye)、分行(xing)業(ye)(ye)、分地(di)(di)區、分職位(wei)(wei)匹配畢業(ye)(ye)生需求,根據用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)需要定向推送(song)招聘(pin)信(xin)息。

  加強指(zhi)導(dao)培(pei)訓(xun),增強就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技能(neng)。將就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)融入“大思政(zheng)課”、黨團活(huo)動和校(xiao)園文化建設,開展主題(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動400余場(chang),覆蓋學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)近(jin)3萬人(ren)(ren)次(ci)。依托(tuo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)規(gui)劃(hua)大賽,打造“就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)嘉年(nian)華”“簡(jian)歷工作(zuo)坊(fang)”“面試演武場(chang)”等(deng)系(xi)列(lie)品牌活(huo)動,2023年(nian)吸引超過(guo)3000名在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)參與(yu),實(shi)現(xian)以賽促(cu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、以賽促(cu)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的(de)(de)目(mu)標。持續開展“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)專列(lie)”企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)參訪(fang)(fang)系(xi)列(lie)活(huo)動,定期組織在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)赴重點(dian)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)領域用人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)走訪(fang)(fang)調研,拓寬(kuan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)視野,提(ti)(ti)升職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)認知。聯合多(duo)家企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)舉辦校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合作(zuo)項目(mu)班,為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)量身(shen)定制職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)素養(yang)(yang)(yang)提(ti)(ti)升計劃(hua),通過(guo)課程(cheng)講授、實(shi)戰訓(xun)練、團隊協(xie)作(zuo)、實(shi)習(xi)走訪(fang)(fang)等(deng)模(mo)塊化培(pei)訓(xun),帶(dai)動更多(duo)優秀學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進入合作(zuo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)習(xi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。成立“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道”學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發展工作(zuo)室,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)咨詢師(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)“一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)”個(ge)性(xing)化定制服務。編寫《就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)手冊》,打造包含(han)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策、求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技巧、簽約流程(cheng)、檔案管理(li)等(deng)內(nei)容的(de)(de)求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)攻略。設立“一(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)冊”畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)跟蹤檔案,實(shi)現(xian)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)需(xu)求精(jing)準調研、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)信(xin)息(xi)實(shi)時(shi)推(tui)送、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)幫扶全面覆蓋、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)流程(cheng)專人(ren)(ren)負責的(de)(de)全方位(wei)管理(li)。強化職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)涯(ya)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),設置《大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)涯(ya)規(gui)劃(hua)與(yu)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)》課程(cheng),以模(mo)塊化形式設計總時(shi)長70學(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)內(nei)容。開設自我認知探索、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)素養(yang)(yang)(yang)提(ti)(ti)升、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力(li)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)、創新創業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)訓(xun)等(deng)通識課程(cheng),在(zai)優秀校(xiao)友、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)資源中遴選校(xiao)外職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)導(dao)師(shi)加入課程(cheng)團隊,為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)指(zhi)導(dao)與(yu)支(zhi)持。
