2014年(nian)(nian)5月(yue),習近(jin)平總書(shu)記在(zai)北京大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)師(shi)生座談(tan)會(hui)(hui)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)重要講話中指(zhi)出,“世界上(shang)(shang)不會(hui)(hui)有第二個(ge)哈(ha)佛、牛(niu)津、斯坦福、麻省(sheng)理工(gong)、劍橋,但會(hui)(hui)有第一(yi)個(ge)北大(da)(da)(da)(da)、清華(hua)、浙(zhe)大(da)(da)(da)(da)、復旦、南大(da)(da)(da)(da)等中國(guo)(guo)著名學(xue)(xue)(xue)府(fu)。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)要認真吸收(shou)世界上(shang)(shang)先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)治學(xue)(xue)(xue)經驗,更要遵(zun)循(xun)教育規律,扎根中國(guo)(guo)大(da)(da)(da)(da)地(di)辦(ban)大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”。這(zhe)為我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)建(jian)設“第一(yi)個(ge)南大(da)(da)(da)(da)”指(zhi)明了方(fang)向,提供了遵(zun)循(xun)。今年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)18日,在(zai)南京大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)建(jian)校(xiao)120周年(nian)(nian)之(zhi)際(ji),習近(jin)平總書(shu)記給我(wo)校(xiao)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)歸國(guo)(guo)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)者(zhe)回(hui)信,有力鼓舞(wu)了我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)愛國(guo)(guo)報國(guo)(guo)熱情和奮發奮斗干勁,為辦(ban)好新(xin)時(shi)代的(de)(de)(de)南京大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue),走出一(yi)條(tiao)建(jian)設中國(guo)(guo)特色、世界一(yi)流(liu)大(da)(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)路指(zhi)明了前進(jin)方(fang)向、提供了行動指(zhi)引。
大力(li)弘(hong)揚留(liu)學(xue)報國的(de)光(guang)榮(rong)傳統,以報效(xiao)國家、服務人民為自(zi)覺(jue)追(zhui)求。留(liu)學(xue)報國的(de)光(guang)榮(rong)傳統是中華民族愛(ai)國主義精(jing)神(shen)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)組成部分,是激(ji)勵中華兒女自(zi)強不息(xi)的(de)強大力(li)量。貫徹落實(shi)習近平總(zong)書記重(zhong)要(yao)回(hui)信精(jing)神(shen),就(jiu)是要(yao)做(zuo)愛(ai)國主義的(de)堅守者和(he)傳播者,把廣(guang)大師生的(de)夢想融入(ru)實(shi)現中國夢的(de)壯闊奮斗之中。

在堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人、推動科技自立(li)(li)(li)(li)自強上再創佳績。要(yao)(yao)緊緊圍繞(rao)“為(wei)(wei)誰培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)人、培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)什么人、怎樣培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)人”這(zhe)(zhe)個根(gen)本(ben)問題,在立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人上再創佳績。一是(shi)深刻(ke)把握立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人的(de)(de)時代(dai)內(nei)涵。“樹(shu)(shu)人”首(shou)先要(yao)(yao)“立(li)(li)(li)(li)德”,“立(li)(li)(li)(li)德”才(cai)能更好(hao)“樹(shu)(shu)人”,李四光、程(cheng)(cheng)開甲等(deng)老一輩科學家(jia),本(ben)身就是(shi)“立(li)(li)(li)(li)德”的(de)(de)典范。二是(shi)清晰(xi)把握立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人的(de)(de)根(gen)本(ben)目標。我(wo)國(guo)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)產黨領(ling)導的(de)(de)社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)國(guo)家(jia),這(zhe)(zhe)就決定了我(wo)們的(de)(de)教(jiao)育必(bi)須把培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)建(jian)設者和(he)接班人作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)根(gen)本(ben)任務和(he)目標,教(jiao)師(shi)要(yao)(yao)圍繞(rao)這(zhe)(zhe)個根(gen)本(ben)來教(jiao),學生要(yao)(yao)圍繞(rao)這(zhe)(zhe)個根(gen)本(ben)來學,學校(xiao)要(yao)(yao)圍繞(rao)這(zhe)(zhe)個根(gen)本(ben)來管。三是(shi)全(quan)(quan)面落實(shi)立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人的(de)(de)綜合(he)舉措。堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)把立(li)(li)(li)(li)德樹(shu)(shu)人成效作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)檢驗學校(xiao)一切工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)根(gen)本(ben)標準。堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)辦(ban)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最好(hao)的(de)(de)本(ben)科教(jiao)育,全(quan)(quan)方位謀劃基礎學科人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)。全(quan)(quan)面實(shi)施“熔(rong)爐工程(cheng)(cheng)”,把思(si)(si)想政治工作(zuo)(zuo)貫穿教(jiao)育教(jiao)學全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)(cheng)、貫通人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)系。著力打造習近平新時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)思(si)(si)想概論(lun)課這(zhe)(zhe)門國(guo)課、金(jin)課,堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)用(yong)習近平新時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)思(si)(si)想鑄魂育人、啟智潤心。
推動(dong)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)立自(zi)(zi)(zi)強是(shi)建(jian)設科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)強國的(de)(de)必由之路,在推動(dong)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)(zi)立自(zi)(zi)(zi)強上再創佳績,要求我(wo)們(men):一是(shi)堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)面(mian)向(xiang)世(shi)界科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前(qian)沿,堅(jian)(jian)定不(bu)移走(zou)中國特色自(zi)(zi)(zi)主創新道路,努力(li)在關鍵核(he)心技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、顛覆性(xing)(xing)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)上闖(chuang)關奪(duo)隘,在探索最具未知性(xing)(xing)、先驅性(xing)(xing)和(he)挑戰(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)研究領(ling)域中創佳績。二是(shi)堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)面(mian)向(xiang)經濟主戰(zhan)(zhan)場,推動(dong)“基(ji)礎研究—創造技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)—成果轉化”全(quan)鏈條創新,在抓好(hao)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)創新、加強科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)供給上創佳績。三是(shi)堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)面(mian)向(xiang)國家重大(da)需求,發揮(hui)南大(da)基(ji)礎研究主力(li)軍(jun)和(he)重大(da)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)突破(po)(po)生(sheng)(sheng)力(li)軍(jun)作用,著(zhu)力(li)造就更多(duo)戰(zhan)(zhan)略科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人才和(he)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)領(ling)軍(jun)人才,在突破(po)(po)“卡脖(bo)子”問題上創佳績。四是(shi)堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)面(mian)向(xiang)人民(min)生(sheng)(sheng)命健康,教育引導師生(sheng)(sheng)自(zi)(zi)(zi)覺以胸懷(huai)天下的(de)(de)家國情懷(huai)、濟世(shi)安(an)民(min)的(de)(de)理想信念(nian)服(fu)務人民(min),在提升人民(min)生(sheng)(sheng)活品(pin)質(zhi)上作貢獻。
