  游森在會上致辭,就做好(hao)中(zhong)小學心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)提(ti)出四(si)點希望和(he)要(yao)求(qiu)。一(yi)是切實增強責任感、使命感和(he)緊(jin)迫感。進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)樹牢健(jian)康(kang)(kang)第一(yi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理念(nian),切實把心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)(kang)工作(zuo)擺在更(geng)加突出位(wei)置。二(er)是強化(hua)源頭治理,盡(jin)到(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系統的(de)責任。堅持“五育(yu)(yu)”并舉,大(da)力發展素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),創造條件讓學生(sheng)更(geng)多參加體育(yu)(yu)鍛煉、社會實踐,引導學生(sheng)強健(jian)體魄、健(jian)康(kang)(kang)身心(xin)(xin)、錘煉意志、砥(di)礪堅韌。三(san)是強化(hua)系統治理,促進家(jia)校(xiao)社協同(tong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)。會同(tong)相關部門、單位(wei)進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)健(jian)全(quan)館(guan)校(xiao)合(he)作(zuo)、醫(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)結合(he)、體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合(he)、警校(xiao)聯(lian)動(dong)、家(jia)校(xiao)互動(dong)、社校(xiao)協同(tong)等機制,將心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)作(zuo)為協同(tong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)重要(yao)內容。四(si)是強化(hua)科學治理,著力推動(dong)專(zhuan)業能力建設(she)。加大(da)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)配備,逐(zhu)步(bu)(bu)形成(cheng)以專(zhuan)職(zhi)心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)為核心(xin)(xin)、兼(jian)職(zhi)心(xin)(xin)理健(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)和(he)班主任為骨干、全(quan)體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)為基本(ben)力量的(de)全(quan)員育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)格局。

  毛杰在(zai)(zai)致辭(ci)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提(ti)(ti)出,河(he)南是(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)口(kou)大(da)省,正(zheng)努(nu)力(li)向教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)強省邁進。近年來,在(zai)(zai)省委(wei)、省政府(fu)的(de)(de)正(zheng)確領導(dao)(dao)(dao)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部的(de)(de)關(guan)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)下(xia),在(zai)(zai)兄弟(di)省份的(de)(de)大(da)力(li)支(zhi)持(chi)下(xia),河(he)南教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系統(tong)(tong)聚焦(jiao)立德樹人(ren)根本(ben)任務,積極構建(jian)(jian)(jian)新時代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)新格局。一(yi)是(shi)頂層設(she)計更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)全(quan)面。印發(fa)系列文件,貫(guan)通大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)各(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)段,貫(guan)穿學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、家(jia)(jia)庭、社(she)會(hui)各(ge)方(fang)面,不斷(duan)推進心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)內涵(han)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)和質量提(ti)(ti)升。二(er)是(shi)“智庫(ku)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)完善。依托河(he)南大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成(cheng)立河(he)南省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),組(zu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)河(he)南省基礎教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)委(wei)員會(hui)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)專委(wei)會(hui),初步(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)了“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術研究(jiu)+教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)”的(de)(de)全(quan)省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專家(jia)(jia)“智庫(ku)”。三是(shi)視(shi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)專業。建(jian)(jian)(jian)立全(quan)省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)視(shi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),逐步(bu)形成(cheng)省、市、縣、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)四(si)級(ji)聯動(dong)視(shi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)。四(si)是(shi)工作(zuo)措施更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)深(shen)入(ru)。指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)各(ge)地各(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成(cheng)立危機(ji)(ji)干預(yu)工作(zuo)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu),建(jian)(jian)(jian)好用好全(quan)省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)監測系統(tong)(tong),注重強化醫教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)協同,切(qie)實(shi)做到早(zao)發(fa)現(xian)、早(zao)干預(yu)。五(wu)是(shi)保(bao)障條件更(geng)(geng)加(jia)(jia)有力(li)。持(chi)續加(jia)(jia)強中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)室和區域(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),全(quan)省建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)室2.3萬個,配備4.3萬名專(兼)職心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師。

  毛杰強(qiang)調(diao),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)新時代中小學(xue)生(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)工(gong)作,既是當前守護青少年健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)成(cheng)(cheng)長的(de)(de)“必答題(ti)(ti)”,也是教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作者義(yi)不容辭的(de)(de)使命(ming)和責任。下一步,河南將以此次(ci)研討會為(wei)契機,深入貫徹落實全國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大會精神,深入實施心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)專項行動,持(chi)(chi)(chi)續完(wan)善(shan)(shan)“四個工(gong)作體系(xi)”:堅持(chi)(chi)(chi)“五育(yu)并舉”,構(gou)建更加(jia)(jia)完(wan)善(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)“預防(fang)體系(xi)”;堅持(chi)(chi)(chi)“對標(biao)對表(biao)”,構(gou)建更加(jia)(jia)完(wan)善(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)“標(biao)準體系(xi)”;堅持(chi)(chi)(chi)“科學(xue)規范”,構(gou)建更加(jia)(jia)完(wan)善(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)“監測體系(xi)”;堅持(chi)(chi)(chi)“多方合作”,構(gou)建更加(jia)(jia)完(wan)善(shan)(shan)的(de)(de)“協同體系(xi)”,積(ji)極會同衛生(sheng)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)、公安、網信等部門,健(jian)(jian)(jian)全學(xue)生(sheng)重(zhong)(zhong)大心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)線上(shang)線下發現機制,常態化舉辦心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)活動月(yue),形成(cheng)(cheng)全員重(zhong)(zhong)視、人人參與、合力共抓心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)良(liang)好局面。
