強化(hua)(hua)(hua)目(mu)標導向,構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)新(xin)模式(shi)。校(xiao)企(qi)協同、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)交(jiao)叉(cha)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)菁英班(ban),校(xiao)企(qi)聯合優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)人(ren)才培(pei)養方案和(he)課程(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)系,貫穿學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)培(pei)養全過程(cheng)(cheng),推動(dong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)修讀專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)方向、校(xiao)企(qi)師資(zi)、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)方法(fa)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)能力(li)素質“四(si)融合”,探索構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)新(xin)范式(shi)。通(tong)過“一隊一策雙師資(zi)”和(he)“一人(ren)一題(ti)雙導師”,培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)解決復雜工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)問(wen)題(ti)能力(li)。近(jin)年(nian)(nian)來,共建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)24個(ge)(ge)(ge)菁英班(ban),引進(jin)115名行業(ye)(ye)(ye)專(zhuan)家(jia),覆蓋(gai)校(xiao)內所有(you)工(gong)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院。依(yi)托交(jiao)叉(cha)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)開展國(guo)創(chuang)(chuang)項目(mu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽(sai)(sai)100余(yu)(yu)項,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)獲(huo)得機(ji)器人(ren)世界錦標賽(sai)(sai)、國(guo)際航空設(she)計大(da)賽(sai)(sai)等(deng)多個(ge)(ge)(ge)國(guo)際賽(sai)(sai)事冠軍。建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)聯動(dong)協作工(gong)作機(ji)制,成(cheng)立(li)由校(xiao)領導任(ren)組(zu)長的(de)專(zhuan)項工(gong)作領導小組(zu),邀請具有(you)豐(feng)富(fu)經驗(yan)的(de)教(jiao)師和(he)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)專(zhuan)家(jia)擔(dan)任(ren)顧問(wen),定期研討部署(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作。加(jia)強實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)示范中心和(he)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),拓展校(xiao)外實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai),年(nian)(nian)均(jun)開放600余(yu)(yu)個(ge)(ge)(ge)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)項目(mu),4500余(yu)(yu)名本科(ke)生(sheng)加(jia)入,依(yi)托平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)參加(jia)各類競賽(sai)(sai)獲(huo)獎400余(yu)(yu)項,發表論文近(jin)200篇;建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)400余(yu)(yu)個(ge)(ge)(ge)校(xiao)外實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基(ji)地,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)開展實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習7000余(yu)(yu)人(ren)次。構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)以國(guo)、省、校(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)訓練項目(mu)及學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)競賽(sai)(sai)為載體(ti)的(de)分層次、結構(gou)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)能力(li)培(pei)養體(ti)系,每年(nian)(nian)投入經費400余(yu)(yu)萬元推進(jin)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)訓練計劃,近(jin)五(wu)年(nian)(nian)本科(ke)生(sheng)發表論文186篇、獲(huo)得專(zhuan)利授權118項。積極組(zu)織參加(jia)中國(guo)國(guo)際“互聯網+”大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)賽(sai)(sai)等(deng)賽(sai)(sai)事,獲(huo)國(guo)家(jia)級金獎22項,累(lei)計孵化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)197個(ge)(ge)(ge),吸(xi)引各類投資(zi)近(jin)11億元。
