北京航(hang)(hang)空航(hang)(hang)天(tian)大學認(ren)真學習貫徹習近平總書記關于(yu)教育的重要論述,牢記為(wei)黨(dang)育人、為(wei)國育才(cai)(cai)初心使(shi)命(ming),把(ba)服(fu)務國家作為(wei)最高追求,堅持(chi)“四個(ge)面(mian)向(xiang)”、踐行“四個(ge)服(fu)務”,積極探索卓越工程師培養新路徑,持(chi)續深化(hua)校企(qi)合作、大力推(tui)進(jin)產教聯(lian)合,努(nu)力培養造就更多愛黨(dang)報國、敬業(ye)奉(feng)獻、具(ju)有突出技術創新能力、善于(yu)解決復(fu)雜工程問題(ti)的高素質(zhi)工程技術人才(cai)(cai)。
完善(shan)體制(zhi)(zhi)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),聚力卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)。成(cheng)立(li)由學(xue)校(xiao)黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)長任(ren)組長的(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小組,發(fa)布“新(xin)時(shi)代人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)領航行動計(ji)劃(hua)”,構建“強(qiang)情懷、強(qiang)基礎、強(qiang)實踐、強(qiang)融通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”的(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)“四強(qiang)”模(mo)式。每年召開人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)大(da)會(hui),將完善(shan)卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師培(pei)(pei)養(yang)體系納入年度重(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)持(chi)續推進。組建“未來(lai)空(kong)天技(ji)術學(xue)院(yuan)”,成(cheng)立(li)專(zhuan)業學(xue)位研究(jiu)生教育(yu)辦(ban)(ban)公室,著力構建以前沿(yan)交叉學(xue)科、重(zhong)大(da)科研項(xiang)目(mu)為(wei)核心的(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式,探索推動本(ben)碩博一(yi)體化(hua)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)。建設卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師學(xue)院(yuan),組建產教聯(lian)合人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)共同(tong)(tong)(tong)體,健(jian)全“校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)共同(tong)(tong)(tong)招生、共同(tong)(tong)(tong)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)、共同(tong)(tong)(tong)選題、共享成(cheng)果”以及“師資互通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、課(ke)程打通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、平(ping)臺融通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、政(zheng)策暢通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”的(de)“四共四通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。實施特色人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)專(zhuan)項(xiang),與相關行業企(qi)(qi)業合作(zuo)開設“大(da)型(xing)飛(fei)機(ji)高級人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)班(ban)”“航空(kong)發(fa)動機(ji)吳大(da)觀班(ban)”等(deng)項(xiang)目(mu),校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)共同(tong)(tong)(tong)確定培(pei)(pei)養(yang)目(mu)標(biao)、設計(ji)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)方(fang)案、建立(li)教學(xue)團隊、開展課(ke)題研究(jiu)等(deng)。截至目(mu)前,已累計(ji)舉(ju)辦(ban)(ban)15屆“高級人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)班(ban)”,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)相關行業工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)1000余人(ren)(ren)。
突出思(si)想(xiang)引(yin)領,堅(jian)定空天報國(guo)(guo)(guo)信念情(qing)(qing)懷。把(ba)思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治教育融入人才培(pei)養(yang)全(quan)過程、各環節,在專業(ye)(ye)(ye)課程、實習(xi)實踐、就業(ye)(ye)(ye)教育中(zhong)(zhong)上(shang)好“大思(si)政(zheng)課”,幫(bang)助(zhu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)厚植家國(guo)(guo)(guo)情(qing)(qing)懷。實施本(ben)(ben)科生(sheng)(sheng)培(pei)養(yang)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)制,為本(ben)(ben)科生(sheng)(sheng)配備(bei)學(xue)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)、科研和社會導(dao)(dao)師(shi),對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)習(xi)科研、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)等進(jin)行(xing)全(quan)方(fang)位指導(dao)(dao)。突顯(xian)航(hang)空航(hang)天文(wen)化,打造“長鷹(ying)志”“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)心”“陀螺夢”等文(wen)化品(pin)牌(pai),組織學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排演《羅陽》《百年守鍔》等原創劇目,用(yong)身邊榜樣引(yin)導(dao)(dao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)強化空天報國(guo)(guo)(guo)使(shi)命擔(dan)當。組織行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)專場宣講,邀請(qing)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)專家學(xue)者舉辦專題講座,持續(xu)開展(zhan)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)形勢分析、典(dian)型案例(li)分享、先進(jin)人物宣傳等活(huo)動,與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)座談交流,不斷培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)興趣、激發學(xue)習(xi)動力(li)。建立(li)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)輔導(dao)(dao)專家庫,加(jia)強與行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)接合(he)作,鼓勵支(zhi)持更多優(you)秀畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)到重(zhong)點(dian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、關(guan)鍵領域,到祖國(guo)(guo)(guo)最需要的地方(fang)建功(gong)立(li)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
堅持目(mu)標(biao)導向(xiang),探(tan)索人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養特(te)色路(lu)徑。聚(ju)焦“高精(jing)尖缺”人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養,布局加(jia)強(qiang)新(xin)工(gong)科(ke)專(zhuan)業建(jian)設(she),先后增(zeng)設(she)15個新(xin)工(gong)科(ke)專(zhuan)業。結合卓越(yue)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養規律和(he)特(te)點(dian),制定(ding)特(te)色人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養方(fang)案,完(wan)善(shan)人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養目(mu)標(biao)和(he)畢(bi)業要求,注重科(ke)學基礎、工(gong)程(cheng)能力、系(xi)統思維和(he)人文精(jing)神的(de)交叉(cha)融合培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養。鼓勵博士生面向(xiang)國(guo)家經濟(ji)社會發展需求,以產教(jiao)(jiao)協同攻關的(de)關鍵問題作為研究方(fang)向(xiang),以大(da)型工(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)論證、設(she)計(ji)或(huo)實(shi)(shi)施為背景的(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)成果申請學位。加(jia)強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學能力培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓,改革(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)學方(fang)法和(he)考試模式,不斷提升教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學質量(liang)。共(gong)建(jian)校企工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐課(ke)程(cheng),組建(jian)校企聯(lian)合授課(ke)團隊,將行業前沿(yan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)知(zhi)識(shi)融入專(zhuan)業課(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學,打造具有航(hang)空(kong)航(hang)天(tian)(tian)特(te)色的(de)通(tong)識(shi)導論課(ke),開設(she)“未來空(kong)天(tian)(tian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)導論”“航(hang)天(tian)(tian)器機構技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)與應用”“AI開源(yuan)計(ji)算系(xi)統前沿(yan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)實(shi)(shi)踐講堂”等60余門(men)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐課(ke)程(cheng),著力探(tan)索走好戰略(lve)人才(cai)(cai)自(zi)主培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養之路(lu)。
強化科(ke)研(yan)(yan)育(yu)(yu)人(ren),打(da)造(zao)科(ke)創融合優質平臺(tai)。試點(dian)開設(she)“科(ke)研(yan)(yan)課(ke)堂(tang)”,深(shen)化“寓教于(yu)研(yan)(yan)、寓研(yan)(yan)于(yu)學”的科(ke)研(yan)(yan)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)模式改(gai)革(ge),布局建(jian)設(she)“飛(fei)行器(qi)綜合化數字實(shi)驗(yan)教學平臺(tai)”等多學科(ke)交叉融合的科(ke)教協同創新(xin)平臺(tai)。實(shi)施“科(ke)研(yan)(yan)導師、實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)開放(fang)日、微(wei)課(ke)題”學生(sheng)創新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力提升計劃(hua),把高(gao)水平科(ke)研(yan)(yan)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)轉化為高(gao)質量育(yu)(yu)人(ren)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan),實(shi)現學生(sheng)科(ke)技(ji)創新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力培(pei)養與教學科(ke)研(yan)(yan)體系的有(you)效銜接。構建(jian)科(ke)創實(shi)踐育(yu)(yu)人(ren)體系,深(shen)入實(shi)施大(da)學生(sheng)科(ke)學與工程(cheng)訓(xun)(xun)練計劃(hua)、創新(xin)創業(ye)訓(xun)(xun)練計劃(hua)等,著力培(pei)養學生(sheng)創新(xin)意識和(he)創新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力。與行業(ye)企業(ye)共(gong)建(jian)“人(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)(neng)”等校(xiao)企聯合創新(xin)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi),面向區域內高(gao)校(xiao)開放(fang)共(gong)享。組織青年(nian)教師和(he)學生(sheng)走進廠(chang)所一線,聚焦(jiao)行業(ye)和(he)產業(ye)發展急需,切實(shi)提高(gao)關(guan)鍵核心(xin)技(ji)術攻關(guan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力和(he)獨立解決復雜工程(cheng)技(ji)術問題能(neng)(neng)(neng)力。
注重實(shi)踐(jian)能(neng)力,深(shen)(shen)化產(chan)教(jiao)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)協(xie)同(tong)育人。校(xiao)企(qi)合(he)作(zuo)建設“先進飛行器(qi)高級人才聯(lian)(lian)合(he)培養(yang)基(ji)(ji)地”等全(quan)國(guo)(guo)示范性(xing)(xing)工程(cheng)專業學(xue)位研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)培養(yang)基(ji)(ji)地,與企(qi)業聯(lian)(lian)合(he)建設國(guo)(guo)家產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)創(chuang)新平臺、社會實(shi)習(xi)(xi)實(shi)踐(jian)基(ji)(ji)地等,為學(xue)生(sheng)接(jie)觸學(xue)科(ke)(ke)前(qian)沿、開展科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)實(shi)踐(jian)創(chuang)造條件,鼓(gu)勵(li)學(xue)生(sheng)開展原(yuan)創(chuang)性(xing)(xing)實(shi)踐(jian)活動(dong)。實(shi)施(shi)“卓越領(ling)軍”工程(cheng)博士(shi)(shi)專項計劃(hua),試點非財政撥款博士(shi)(shi)專項,鼓(gu)勵(li)重大(da)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)項目經費(fei)與博士(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)招生(sheng)培養(yang)有(you)機銜接(jie)。成(cheng)立卓越工程(cheng)師產(chan)教(jiao)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)培養(yang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin),圍繞產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)的重大(da)理論(lun)實(shi)踐(jian)問(wen)題開展深(shen)(shen)入研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。實(shi)行校(xiao)企(qi)雙導師制度,牽頭組建全(quan)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)系(xi)統廠所校(xiao)院實(shi)習(xi)(xi)共同(tong)體,落實(shi)本科(ke)(ke)生(sheng)駐廠研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)性(xing)(xing)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)制度,將生(sheng)產(chan)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)作(zuo)為工程(cheng)訓練的重要環節,著(zhu)力幫助學(xue)生(sheng)在動(dong)手實(shi)踐(jian)中錘煉過硬本領(ling)。
