  堅(jian)持服務需求,構(gou)建深(shen)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)教(jiao)融(rong)合(he)新(xin)機制。學(xue)(xue)校層面(mian)成立(li)校企(qi)關(guan)鍵領(ling)域高層次人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)領(ling)導(dao)小組,不(bu)斷深(shen)化(hua)校企(qi)合(he)作(zuo),共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)制定“以(yi)需求為導(dao)向,以(yi)項目(mu)為牽引”的工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)碩(shuo)(shuo)博士招生(sheng)選拔(ba)制度,做好政(zheng)策解讀、調研互訪(fang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)宣講、課(ke)題(ti)研究等(deng)(deng)工(gong)作(zuo),實現供需兩端同(tong)(tong)(tong)時發(fa)力、精準對接。充分調動政(zheng)企(qi)校各方優勢(shi)資源,與(yu)中(zhong)央(yang)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)頭部企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)(deng)百(bai)余家單(dan)位共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)加快關(guan)鍵領(ling)域工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)碩(shuo)(shuo)博士培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)改革,共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)推(tui)進“新(xin)一代信息技術及(ji)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)”“智能(neng)網聯與(yu)新(xin)能(neng)源汽車(che)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)”“新(xin)型顯示材料與(yu)器件”等(deng)(deng)跨(kua)領(ling)域工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)碩(shuo)(shuo)博士產(chan)(chan)教(jiao)融(rong)合(he)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)培(pei)養(yang)。截至目(mu)前(qian),共(gong)(gong)有600余名專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)位研究生(sheng)參與(yu)相關(guan)項目(mu),將企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)科(ke)研攻關(guan)課(ke)題(ti)作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)位論文選題(ti)主要來源,以(yi)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)交替、工(gong)學(xue)(xue)相長(chang)模式(shi)提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術創(chuang)新(xin)能(neng)力。與(yu)來自粵港(gang)澳大(da)(da)灣(wan)區、京津(jin)冀、長(chang)三角(jiao)等(deng)(deng)區域的行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)頭部企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、高水平(ping)科(ke)研機構(gou)、產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)園(yuan)區以(yi)及(ji)卓越工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師創(chuang)新(xin)研究院(yuan)等(deng)(deng)17家企(qi)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)位共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)組成華南理(li)工(gong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)國家卓越工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)理(li)事(shi)會,加強(qiang)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)聯動,匯集創(chuang)新(xin)資源,形成最大(da)(da)合(he)力,做實產(chan)(chan)教(jiao)融(rong)合(he)人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)體。

  堅持國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)視野,探索工(gong)(gong)程教育改(gai)革新(xin)路徑。面向國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)戰略(lve)性新(xin)興產(chan)業(ye)(ye)和大灣區(qu)發展需求(qiu),聚焦新(xin)一代信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)能(neng)源、新(xin)材(cai)料等(deng)領域,建設7個新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)院和高(gao)端交叉研(yan)究院,創設“學(xue)院+高(gao)端研(yan)究院+研(yan)發中心(xin)+行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)盟(meng)”的(de)產(chan)學(xue)研(yan)融(rong)合(he)新(xin)模式。加(jia)強國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)化(hua)辦學(xue),構(gou)建國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)化(hua)課程體系,以國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)視野加(jia)快推(tui)進工(gong)(gong)程教育改(gai)革。面向全球(qiu)引才(cai)聚才(cai),重點打造由首席科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)家(jia)領銜(xian)的(de)基礎前沿交叉團(tuan)隊(dui)、由技(ji)術(shu)總(zong)師(shi)領銜(xian)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)核心(xin)技(ji)術(shu)攻關(guan)團(tuan)隊(dui)、高(gao)端成果轉化(hua)團(tuan)隊(dui)等(deng)三(san)類(lei)協(xie)同(tong)創新(xin)團(tuan)隊(dui)。目前已引進具(ju)有世(shi)界一流(liu)(liu)高(gao)校(xiao)、科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)院所(suo)教育研(yan)究經歷(li)的(de)高(gao)層次(ci)人(ren)才(cai)300余人(ren),其中20%師(shi)資具(ju)有世(shi)界行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)頭部企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作經歷(li)。校(xiao)企(qi)共同(tong)搭建國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)工(gong)(gong)程教育與實(shi)踐交流(liu)(liu)平臺機(ji)制,邀請國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)尖工(gong)(gong)程科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)人(ren)才(cai)和國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)領軍企(qi)業(ye)(ye)一流(liu)(liu)工(gong)(gong)程師(shi),合(he)作開展教學(xue)指導,協(xie)同(tong)培養具(ju)有國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)競爭力的(de)卓越工(gong)(gong)程人(ren)才(cai)。

  堅持引(yin)育并(bing)舉,推動高(gao)水(shui)平“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”隊(dui)伍(wu)新發(fa)展(zhan)。采用“雙(shuang)(shuang)聘”等(deng)靈活方(fang)式(shi)引(yin)育產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi),加強產(chan)學研(yan)(yan)全鏈條(tiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設,聘請相關(guan)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)龍頭企業(ye)(ye)(ye)首席科學家為顧問教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou),聯合校(xiao)內導(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)共同(tong)(tong)開(kai)展(zhan)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)攻關(guan)和(he)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生聯合培(pei)養(yang)等(deng)。建(jian)立以“校(xiao)內首席專(zhuan)家+行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)首席專(zhuan)家”為核心的(de)“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”團隊(dui),采取(qu)校(xiao)外(wai)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“一(yi)生一(yi)聘”,工程(cheng)博士實(shi)(shi)行(xing)2—5人(ren)“導(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)組”聯合指導(dao)(dao),明確校(xiao)企雙(shuang)(shuang)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)育人(ren)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze),共同(tong)(tong)指導(dao)(dao)學生參與(yu)(yu)校(xiao)企重點研(yan)(yan)發(fa)項(xiang)目。如微(wei)電子(zi)學院圍繞集成電路產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈條(tiao),聘請企業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)級技術(shu)(shu)(shu)人(ren)才(cai)擔任兼職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)和(he)客座教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou),打造學術(shu)(shu)(shu)與(yu)(yu)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)兼備的(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)隊(dui)伍(wu),有(you)資(zi)深集成電路設計經驗人(ren)員比(bi)例達38%。突(tu)出工程(cheng)應(ying)用導(dao)(dao)向(xiang),設立“工程(cheng)型”教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)務序(xu)列(lie),著重考核重大(da)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)突(tu)破、成果(guo)轉(zhuan)化(hua)、對產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際貢獻等(deng)要素,將一(yi)線(xian)工程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐經驗、理論基礎、學術(shu)(shu)(shu)水(shui)平等(deng)納(na)入(ru)校(xiao)外(wai)導(dao)(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)考評體系,同(tong)(tong)時將實(shi)(shi)踐應(ying)用成效評價(jia)結果(guo)作為分配(pei)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學位研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生招生計劃(hua)的(de)重要依據,對重大(da)工程(cheng)項(xiang)目予以計劃(hua)單列(lie)支持。
