近(jin)日,教育部官(guan)網公布了對《關于加強(qiang)(qiang)我國中學(xue)生群體性健康教育》和《關于加強(qiang)(qiang)我國青少年性健康教育》兩個提案的答復(fu)。
教(jiao)育部在答復中表(biao)示,今后(hou)將(jiang)進一步加大工作力度,督促各(ge)地按照要求,切實(shi)落實(shi)學校預(yu)防艾滋(zi)病教(jiao)育以及性(xing)健(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)育工作。
下一步(bu),將進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)加強學(xue)(xue)(xue)校青少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)性(xing)與(yu)生(sheng)殖健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),修訂《中小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)指導綱要》,深化學(xue)(xue)(xue)校性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)供給(gei)側改(gai)革,完(wan)善課程(cheng)設置(zhi)、師(shi)資配備(bei)、制度保(bao)障(zhang)、評價(jia)體系,改(gai)進(jin)(jin)性(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方式(shi)方法,豐富性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的載體、形式(shi)、途徑(jing)、內容(rong)和(he)方式(shi),提高性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)素養。圍繞(rao)青少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)生(sheng)長發育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)青春期(qi)保(bao)健(jian)(jian)問題做(zuo)好科(ke)普(pu)宣傳,探索性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)知識傳播(bo)新(xin)路徑(jing),不(bu)斷加大宣傳力(li)度,積極(ji)鼓勵(li)并要求多(duo)形式(shi)、多(duo)途徑(jing)和(he)多(duo)部門聯動開展(zhan)青少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)性(xing)與(yu)生(sheng)殖健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)科(ke)普(pu)工(gong)作(zuo)。鼓勵(li)相關機構、人(ren)員創作(zuo)相關文章、視頻和(he)音頻科(ke)普(pu)作(zuo)品(pin),充(chong)分利用傳統媒(mei)體和(he)新(xin)媒(mei)體融(rong)合發展(zhan)趨勢(shi),傳播(bo)更多(duo)優秀青少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)科(ke)普(pu)作(zuo)品(pin)。
教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部在答(da)復中(zhong)(zhong)還提到,對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)群體進(jin)行(xing)性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)是實(shi)施素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、促進(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)群體全(quan)面發展的(de)一(yi)項重要工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部對(dui)此十(shi)分(fen)重視,采取了(le)一(yi)系列措施推進(jin)包(bao)括性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)在內的(de)學校(xiao)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。如:制定《中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)預(yu)防(fang)艾(ai)(ai)(ai)滋病(bing)專題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大綱》《中(zhong)(zhong)小學健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)指導綱要》等(deng)政策(ce)文件,結合學校(xiao)預(yu)防(fang)艾(ai)(ai)(ai)滋病(bing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)的(de)性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)提出(chu)了(le)要求;以預(yu)防(fang)艾(ai)(ai)(ai)滋病(bing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)為重點,推進(jin)性(xing)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)在內的(de)學校(xiao)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi);在中(zhong)(zhong)小學《體育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與健(jian)(jian)康(kang)》《生(sheng)物》等(deng)課(ke)程中(zhong)(zhong)落實(shi)相關預(yu)防(fang)艾(ai)(ai)(ai)滋病(bing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與性(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)內容;多(duo)次組織(zhi)開展專項調(diao)研、評估等(deng)等(deng)。
