陜西以數字化轉型推動教育高質量發展

  近(jin)年(nian)來,陜西積極落實(shi)國家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數字化(hua)戰(zhan)略行動,不斷推動信息(xi)技術與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)治(zhi)理和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學深度融(rong)合(he),加快推進教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數字化(hua)轉型,賦能教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現代化(hua)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強省建設(she),助力教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)事業高質(zhi)量發展(zhan)。

  陜西出臺《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)網絡(luo)安(an)全(quan)和信息(xi)化(hua)“十(shi)四(si)五(wu)”規(gui)劃(hua)》,以“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)環境新(xin)(xin)(xin)優化(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)治理新(xin)(xin)(xin)突破、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)資源新(xin)(xin)(xin)供給、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)模式新(xin)(xin)(xin)變革、信息(xi)素養(yang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)提(ti)升、網絡(luo)安(an)全(quan)更穩固(gu)”為(wei)目(mu)標,積極發展“互聯(lian)網+教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”,統籌協調、整(zheng)體推進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數字化(hua)。

  2022年,全省(sheng)建(jian)立(li)政府(fu)主導與市場參與相結合的資金保障機制,統籌各(ge)類資金用于信息(xi)化建(jian)設(she),各(ge)級(ji)累計(ji)投入21.64億元;設(she)立(li)省(sheng)級(ji)信息(xi)化專項(xiang)研(yan)究(jiu)課(ke)題,積極開展(zhan)相關理(li)論與實踐(jian)研(yan)究(jiu),為加(jia)快教(jiao)育數(shu)字化轉型發展(zhan)提供智力支(zhi)持;推進數(shu)據治理(li)與應用,累計(ji)建(jian)設(she)信息(xi)系統6.18萬(wan)個,教(jiao)育基礎數(shu)據庫匯聚全省(sheng)教(jiao)師(shi)、學生、教(jiao)育機構等(deng)數(shu)據1.5億條(tiao),進一步(bu)夯實數(shu)據基礎,著力建(jian)好數(shu)字基座。

  全(quan)省大力推(tui)動各(ge)級各(ge)類學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)加強(qiang)數字(zi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)基礎設(she)施建(jian)設(she),推(tui)進5G等網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)新(xin)技術進校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),努(nu)力營造網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)化(hua)、數字(zi)化(hua)、智能化(hua)的教(jiao)育教(jiao)學環境。截(jie)至2022年底,無(wu)線網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)比(bi)例達到50.84%;高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)網(wang)主干帶寬千(qian)兆以上的學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)占比(bi)超過90%,中小學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)多(duo)媒(mei)體(ti)教(jiao)室總占比(bi)達95.4%,84%的高(gao)職院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)有仿(fang)真實訓室。

  統籌推進國家智慧教(jiao)育服務平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)應用工作,全省各(ge)(ge)級各(ge)(ge)類學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)充(chong)分利用平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)優質數字(zi)資(zi)源(yuan),創(chuang)新(xin)開展(zhan)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活動;深(shen)化“陜(shan)西教(jiao)育扶智平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)”應用,促進優質教(jiao)育資(zi)源(yuan)共(gong)建共(gong)享(xiang),推動2000余所(suo)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)通過平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)建立網絡結對幫(bang)(bang)扶關系,其中(zhong),國家鄉村振興重點幫(bang)(bang)扶縣中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實現(xian)全覆蓋。截至目前(qian),陜(shan)西教(jiao)育扶智平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)已有各(ge)(ge)類直播(bo)課、點播(bo)課4500余節,動態數字(zi)資(zi)源(yuan)5.73萬(wan)份。

  積極開(kai)展智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)育示(shi)范區(qu)和智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)校(xiao)園(yuan)示(shi)范校(xiao)創建工(gong)作(zuo),全省先(xian)后遴選智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)育示(shi)范區(qu)13個、智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)校(xiao)園(yuan)示(shi)范校(xiao)445所,充(chong)分發揮示(shi)范引(yin)領作(zuo)用(yong),帶動(dong)全省工(gong)作(zuo)整體提升;持續(xu)開(kai)展線上智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)育專(zhuan)題培訓、示(shi)范交流、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)微課大賽、學生信息(xi)素養(yang)提升實踐(jian)等活動(dong),累計吸引(yin)6萬余人次參與,不斷增強師(shi)生的技術(shu)應用(yong)能力(li)和信息(xi)素養(yang)。

  陜(shan)西(xi)以(yi)教育(yu)事業統(tong)計為切口,積極推動大(da)數(shu)據(ju)建(jian)設應用,推進普通高中學(xue)生綜(zong)合素質評價系統(tong)建(jian)設,不斷拓展(zhan)數(shu)據(ju)維(wei)度,助力構(gou)建(jian)更加(jia)全面的高中教育(yu)培養體系,努(nu)力促進學(xue)生德智(zhi)體美勞全面發展(zhan);以(yi)“統(tong)一平(ping)臺、統(tong)一門(men)戶,業務深度融(rong)合、數(shu)據(ju)開(kai)放共享(xiang)安(an)全可控”為建(jian)設目標(biao),打(da)造陜(shan)西(xi)智(zhi)慧教育(yu)綜(zong)合服務平(ping)臺,對接國家智(zhi)慧教育(yu)公共服務平(ping)臺,聯(lian)通各(ge)級各(ge)類(lei)管(guan)理信息系統(tong),著力構(gou)建(jian)橫(heng)向互聯(lian)、縱向貫通的數(shu)字化“大(da)系統(tong)”。

  以(yi)省內高校(xiao)為試點(dian),陜西匯聚優質教育(yu)資源(yuan),不斷探(tan)索構建面向師生、家長、社會(hui)公(gong)眾(zhong)的數(shu)字教育(yu)平臺,不斷創新教學(xue)模式(shi)和人(ren)才培養模式(shi);圍(wei)繞(rao)安(an)全教育(yu)、安(an)全管(guan)理、安(an)全應急等工作,打造“智能(neng)聯(lian)(lian)防(fang)(fang)、物物聯(lian)(lian)動、人(ren)人(ren)參與”的校(xiao)園安(an)全防(fang)(fang)控體系,筑牢校(xiao)園安(an)全防(fang)(fang)線;運用(yong)民辦教育(yu)綜(zong)合管(guan)理系統,持續(xu)規(gui)范民辦學(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)行為,強化(hua)對校(xiao)外培訓(xun)機構的綜(zong)合治(zhi)理,助力“雙減”工作落實(shi)落地(di)。
