
4月27日下(xia)午,由中國職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)教育學(xue)會(hui)(hui)(以下(xia)簡稱學(xue)會(hui)(hui))主辦(ban),學(xue)會(hui)(hui)鄉村(cun)振興(xing)與城市可持續發展工(gong)作委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)與現(xian)代農(nong)業(ye)職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)教育專(zhuan)業(ye)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)共同承辦(ban)的2023年學(xue)術(shu)年會(hui)(hui)分(fen)論(lun)壇六成功舉辦(ban)。分(fen)論(lun)壇主題為“鄉村(cun)振興(xing):助(zhu)力農(nong)業(ye)強國建設(she)”。

劉(liu)曉山做題為《積極適應農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)強(qiang)國建(jian)設需求(qiu),大(da)力發展人民滿(man)意(yi)的(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)》的(de)報告(gao)。他在報告(gao)中(zhong)指(zhi)出(chu),要深(shen)刻(ke)認識加快建(jian)設農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)強(qiang)國的(de)重(zhong)大(da)意(yi)義(yi),從國情農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)情綜合考(kao)量、五大(da)振(zhen)興統籌考(kao)慮、軟件硬件一體(ti)推(tui)進(jin)、科(ke)技改革雙輪驅動、鞏固(gu)成果同(tong)鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)振(zhen)興有效銜接等方面準確理解建(jian)設中(zhong)國特色(se)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)強(qiang)國的(de)內涵要義(yi);要適應農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)強(qiang)國建(jian)設需求(qiu),進(jin)一步奠定農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發展基礎,面向鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)發展需求(qiu)明確農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)定位(wei),利用(yong)數字技術實現(xian)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)跨(kua)越發展,發揮職(zhi)校(xiao)在農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)主體(ti)作用(yong),辦好人民滿(man)意(yi)的(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)。

劉(liu)杰(jie)做題(ti)為《職(zhi)業(ye)教育:鄉村振(zhen)興新引擎——職(zhi)業(ye)教育服務鄉村振(zhen)興的(de)(de)有效(xiao)策略(lve)分(fen)析》的(de)(de)報告(gao)。報告(gao)深入分(fen)析了涉農(nong)人(ren)才(cai)素質現狀,系統闡(chan)述了鄉村振(zhen)興政策沿革,指出要(yao)緊緊圍(wei)繞鄉村振(zhen)興戰略(lve)對(dui)職(zhi)業(ye)教育提出的(de)(de)新要(yao)求,聚(ju)焦“招不來”“下不去(qu)”“留不住”“用不好”等瓶(ping)頸(jing)問題(ti),堅持協(xie)同聯動(dong)、產教融合,問題(ti)導(dao)向、謀求突破,因(yin)地(di)制宜(yi)、精準推(tui)進(jin),以人(ren)為本、成果導(dao)向等四(si)大原則(ze),通過開展(zhan)涉農(nong)人(ren)才(cai)培養與鄉村就業(ye)崗位(wei)大調研、加強組(zu)織領導(dao)、建(jian)立學分(fen)銀行、因(yin)地(di)制宜(yi)培養農(nong)民大學生、多(duo)元化開展(zhan)教育培訓服務、發揮示范縣引領作用等措施,推(tui)進(jin)農(nong)業(ye)強國建(jian)設。

高(gao)武(wu)國做(zuo)題為(wei)《職業(ye)教育助力(li)鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)(cun)振興重點幫扶地區人員職業(ye)技能提升(sheng)---“小蘑菇(gu)”帶動安龍縣鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)(cun)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)發(fa)展》,分(fen)享了安龍中(zhong)等職業(ye)學校緊密結合當地經(jing)濟(ji)發(fa)展特點,深入推進產(chan)(chan)教融合,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)校企合作優勢,培養“懂農(nong)(nong)業(ye)、愛農(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、愛農(nong)(nong)民”的“三農(nong)(nong)”工作隊伍,依(yi)托小蘑菇(gu)發(fa)展大產(chan)(chan)業(ye),通(tong)過高(gao)素質鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)(cun)技能人才培養助力(li)鄉(xiang)村(cun)(cun)(cun)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)發(fa)展的成功經(jing)驗。
