聚(ju)焦重點(dian)群(qun)體,提(ti)升幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu)“行動力”。完善就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu)機制,重點(dian)關注脫貧家庭(ting)、低保家庭(ting)、零就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)家庭(ting)、殘疾等(deng)(deng)困(kun)難高校畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生,“前置性(xing)”開展(zhan)調(diao)查研(yan)究,第一(yi)時間掌握困(kun)難畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生群(qun)體的具體情(qing)況,落實“一(yi)人(ren)一(yi)檔”“一(yi)人(ren)一(yi)策”要求,實行精準幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu)、專人(ren)幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu),實時跟進學(xue)(xue)生就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)情(qing)況,及(ji)時做(zuo)好心理(li)疏導(dao)、政策解答、求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)推(tui)薦及(ji)保障服務等(deng)(deng)工作,確(que)保每一(yi)個困(kun)難學(xue)(xue)生都得到有效幫(bang)(bang)助(zhu)。落實宏志助(zhu)航(hang)計劃(hua),對(dui)家庭(ting)困(kun)難和就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)困(kun)難學(xue)(xue)生組織線下集(ji)中培(pei)訓,建立重點(dian)幫(bang)(bang)扶(fu)(fu)臺(tai)賬,推(tui)送3個以上有效崗(gang)位(wei),幫(bang)(bang)助(zhu)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生盡快明確(que)求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意向,加快實現就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。開展(zhan)“星(xing)火計劃(hua)”行動,以求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)過程為線索,對(dui)困(kun)難學(xue)(xue)生求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意向、工作分析、簡(jian)歷制作、筆試面(mian)試等(deng)(deng)環(huan)節進行總結(jie),反饋求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)過程診(zhen)斷報告,通(tong)過靶(ba)向服務、定點(dian)援助(zhu),不斷提(ti)升困(kun)難畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生的求職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能力,努力幫(bang)(bang)助(zhu)其順利就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、盡早就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。
