——促規范:推進校企合作走深走實。在管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)機(ji)制(zhi)方面(mian),2023年,印發《陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)關(guan)于(yu)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合作(zuo)規范管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)的實(shi)(shi)施意見》,通過(guo)完善管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)機(ji)制(zhi)、規范工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)程序、強(qiang)化過(guo)程管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)、嚴格經費管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)、加強(qiang)監督(du)檢查等措施,進一步推(tui)進全(quan)省職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)規范化、制(zhi)度化、精細化,切實(shi)(shi)提(ti)升人才培養(yang)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)。在實(shi)(shi)習管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)方面(mian),2022年,省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)等八部(bu)門聯合印發《陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)省職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)習管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)細則》,重點(dian)對職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)到(dao)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)習等進一步規范,對于(yu)推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)雙(shuang)(shuang)元育(yu)人,維護學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)和(he)實(shi)(shi)習企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的合法(fa)權益,提(ti)高(gao)技術技能人才培養(yang)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)有(you)著重要(yao)的助推(tui)作(zuo)用。在師(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊伍(wu)建設方面(mian),2023年印發《陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)省職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)認定(ding)標準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)施辦(ban)法(fa)》和(he)《陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)省職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)基本標準(zhun)》,加快推(tui)進陜(shan)(shan)西(xi)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)建設,注重行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經歷或實(shi)(shi)踐經驗,突出對理(li)(li)(li)(li)論教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和(he)實(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能力的考察,引(yin)導職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)不斷優化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)結構,建立一支師(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)高(gao)尚、技藝精湛、專兼結合、結構合理(li)(li)(li)(li)、數量(liang)充足、適應高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發展(zhan)需要(yao)的高(gao)素質(zhi)(zhi)“雙(shuang)(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)。
