河南省將開展職業啟蒙和職業體驗教育工作

  為(wei)加快推進職(zhi)普融通(tong)、產教融合(he)、科教融匯,服務(wu)全民終身(shen)學習和(he)技能(neng)型社(she)會(hui)建設,日前,河南省教育(yu)(yu)廳發(fa)布通(tong)知,決(jue)定在(zai)全省開(kai)展職(zhi)業啟(qi)蒙和(he)職(zhi)業體驗教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作。

  通知指出,各地要統籌教(jiao)育、科技、文(wen)旅等(deng)(deng)資源(yuan),依托(tuo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學校(xiao)、行業(ye)企業(ye)等(deng)(deng),規范建(jian)設和(he)認(ren)定一批(pi)中(zhong)(zhong)小學職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),指導好本地中(zhong)(zhong)小學實施職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)育。各職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學校(xiao)和(he)各職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙基地、體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)要切實發揮育人(ren)功能,依托(tuo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育專業(ye)建(jian)設與課(ke)程開(kai)發優勢,與行業(ye)企業(ye)、中(zhong)(zhong)小學等(deng)(deng)研究開(kai)發一批(pi)適合中(zhong)(zhong)小學生年齡(ling)特點和(he)個性(xing)特征、符(fu)合中(zhong)(zhong)小學生興(xing)趣(qu)的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)育課(ke)程。

  通知要(yao)求,各(ge)(ge)地要(yao)將職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)課(ke)程納入(ru)中小學(xue)(xue)綜合實踐活動相關課(ke)程體(ti)系。支持各(ge)(ge)地、各(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)依托職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)中心(xin),建(jian)設一批具有參與開展職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)教育能力的教師隊(dui)伍(wu),鼓勵跨(kua)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)、跨(kua)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、跨(kua)區(qu)域(yu)聯合建(jian)設職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)教育教師隊(dui)伍(wu)。

  通(tong)知明確,各地、各職業學校要(yao)堅持育人為本,積(ji)極開發(fa)適合(he)本地實際的(de)中小學職業啟蒙和(he)(he)職業體驗課程、項(xiang)目、資源(yuan)和(he)(he)活動(dong),探索構建職業啟蒙和(he)(he)職業體驗教(jiao)育教(jiao)師的(de)建設標準。

  為貫徹落實《中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央辦(ban)公(gong)廳(ting) 國(guo)務院辦(ban)公(gong)廳(ting)印發<關于深化現代職業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)體系(xi)建(jian)設改革的(de)意(yi)見>的(de)通知(zhi)》精(jing)神,加(jia)快推(tui)進(jin)職普(pu)融(rong)(rong)通、產教融(rong)(rong)合(he)、科教融(rong)(rong)匯,服務全(quan)民終身學習和(he)(he)技能型(xing)社會(hui)建(jian)設,經研究,決定(ding)在全(quan)省開(kai)展職業(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職業(ye)(ye)體驗教育(yu)工作,現將有關事宜通知(zhi)如下(xia)。

  一、指導思想

  堅(jian)持以習近平新時代中(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會主義思想為指導,全面貫徹(che)黨(dang)的二十大(da)(da)精神,深入(ru)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)《中(zhong)華人(ren)民共和(he)(he)國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育法》,加(jia)快(kuai)推(tui)進(jin)職(zhi)普(pu)融(rong)通、產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合、科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)匯,充分發(fa)揮職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的資源(yuan)(yuan)優勢和(he)(he)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)特色(se),推(tui)動職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育資源(yuan)(yuan)向中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(含中(zhong)等職(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)生,下同)開(kai)放(fang),豐富和(he)(he)拓展中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)綜(zong)合實(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動課(ke)程(cheng),加(jia)強中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生職(zhi)業(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育,引導中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生樹(shu)立正確(que)的職(zhi)業(ye)觀(guan)、勞動觀(guan)和(he)(he)人(ren)生觀(guan),培(pei)養更多高素質技(ji)(ji)術技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)、能工巧匠、大(da)(da)國(guo)工匠,為推(tui)進(jin)中(zhong)國(guo)式現(xian)代化建(jian)設河南實(shi)(shi)踐提供人(ren)才(cai)資源(yuan)(yuan)支撐,有效服務教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育強國(guo)、科技(ji)(ji)強國(guo)、人(ren)才(cai)強國(guo)建(jian)設。

  二、基本原則

  (一)需(xu)求(qiu)導向(xiang)(xiang),育人為本。立(li)足中(zhong)小學(xue)生(sheng)發展(zhan)需(xu)求(qiu),尊重中(zhong)小學(xue)生(sheng)身心(xin)特(te)征(zheng)和(he)發展(zhan)規(gui)律,探索職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體驗教育實現模(mo)式,引導學(xue)生(sheng)全面認知(zhi)自我、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、勞(lao)動、社會,促進職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng),形(xing)成正(zheng)確的(de)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)識(shi)、勞(lao)動觀念和(he)人生(sheng)志向(xiang)(xiang),提升職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)涯發展(zhan)規(gui)劃能力,提高學(xue)生(sheng)綜合素(su)養。

  (二)突出應用,強化實踐。彰顯(xian)職(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗教育特(te)征,加強職(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗崗位、課程(cheng)、項目、活動等載體(ti)(ti)的應用性(xing)(xing)、實踐性(xing)(xing),提(ti)升職(zhi)業(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗教育的實效(xiao)性(xing)(xing),推動教育與(yu)生(sheng)產、個體(ti)(ti)與(yu)社會(hui)緊密關聯。

  (三)因(yin)地制宜,特(te)色(se)推進。結(jie)合不同區域、產(chan)業(ye)(ye)、行業(ye)(ye)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)特(te)點,依托(tuo)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)專業(ye)(ye)優(you)勢和(he)(he)資源,因(yin)地制宜、特(te)色(se)化探索職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)的實現形式,切(qie)實提高職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)質量(liang),促進職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)發(fa)揮獨(du)特(te)的育(yu)(yu)(yu)人價值(zhi)。

  (四(si))合(he)(he)作共(gong)建,開放(fang)共(gong)享(xiang)。推(tui)動政府、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學校、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、社會各界合(he)(he)作共(gong)建共(gong)享(xiang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙和職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)教育資源(yuan)。鼓勵有條(tiao)件的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學校面向社會開放(fang)各類職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)中心和職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)課程(cheng),探(tan)索開展符(fu)合(he)(he)不同(tong)群(qun)體認知規律的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙和職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)體驗(yan)教育模(mo)式。

  三、主要任務

  (一)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)建設(she)一批中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。各(ge)地(di)要統籌教(jiao)育、科技、文旅等(deng)(deng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan),依托職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)(deng),規范建設(she)和認(ren)定一批中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),指導(dao)好本地(di)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實施職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)育。重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)支持職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)揮(hui)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、師資(zi)(zi)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng)方面(mian)優(you)勢(shi),突出不同(tong)類別職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)特點(dian)(dian),與(yu)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、社會機構、中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等(deng)(deng)多元主體(ti)(ti)共建共享省級中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),發(fa)揮(hui)育人作用,拓展服務功能(neng)。職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)應集(ji)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)傾向測試、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)角(jiao)色體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生涯規劃咨詢、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)拓展培(pei)訓(xun)等(deng)(deng)多種功能(neng)于(yu)一體(ti)(ti)、虛擬與(yu)現實交融(rong),具備安全保(bao)障,具有(you)可持續實施職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)育的能(neng)力。鼓勵(li)有(you)條件的地(di)市、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)牽頭(tou)組建區域性(xing)(xing)、綜合性(xing)(xing)、開(kai)放(fang)性(xing)(xing)的市級中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),推進優(you)質(zhi)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)集(ji)聚,提(ti)高職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)育質(zhi)量。

  (二)研(yan)究(jiu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。各(ge)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)校和(he)(he)各(ge)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)基(ji)地(di)、體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)中(zhong)心要切實(shi)發(fa)揮育(yu)(yu)人功能,依托職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建設與(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)優(you)勢,與(yu)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)等研(yan)究(jiu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)一批適(shi)合(he)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)年齡特點和(he)(he)個性特征(zheng)、符合(he)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)興趣(qu)的(de)(de)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)要突出(chu)系統性、實(shi)踐性,加(jia)強小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)、初中(zhong)、高(gao)中(zhong)等不同學(xue)段間職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)縱向(xiang)對(dui)接,推進職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)科學(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、綜合(he)實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)等課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)間的(de)(de)橫向(xiang)融合(he),促(cu)進學(xue)生(sheng)以(yi)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為載體(ti)(ti)(ti)主(zhu)動(dong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)與(yu)學(xue)習。各(ge)地(di)可根據實(shi)際情(qing)況,開(kai)(kai)發(fa)信息(xi)化(hua)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)和(he)(he)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)資源,采取線(xian)上與(yu)線(xian)下(xia)結合(he)的(de)(de)方式(shi)開(kai)(kai)展教(jiao)學(xue)。實(shi)現中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)化(hua)、常態(tai)化(hua)和(he)(he)全覆蓋。

  (三)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)設(she)計(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)教育活(huo)動(dong)。各地(di)要將職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)課程(cheng)納入中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)綜合實踐活(huo)動(dong)相關課程(cheng)體(ti)(ti)系。各職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)中(zhong)心要與(yu)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)積(ji)極對接(jie),共同設(she)計(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)環境、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)內容、活(huo)動(dong)組織實施以(yi)及評(ping)價反饋等職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)教育活(huo)動(dong)要素。小學(xue)(xue)階段重(zhong)點(dian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)識,引導學(xue)(xue)生在(zai)(zai)(zai)與(yu)日常生活(huo)緊密(mi)聯(lian)系的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong),通過觀察、模仿及職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)角色(se)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan),初步挖掘職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)興趣,啟(qi)(qi)蒙(meng)(meng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)識。初中(zhong)階段重(zhong)點(dian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于提(ti)升(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)認知,引導學(xue)(xue)生在(zai)(zai)(zai)適切(qie)的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)中(zhong)認知自我、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、勞動(dong)、社會(hui)等,進一步明(ming)確職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)向,促進形成正(zheng)確的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)觀。高中(zhong)階段重(zhong)點(dian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于提(ti)升(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)生涯(ya)(ya)規劃(hua)能力,引導學(xue)(xue)生在(zai)(zai)(zai)相對豐(feng)富的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)中(zhong),培養職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)興趣,強(qiang)化社會(hui)責(ze)任感,提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)生涯(ya)(ya)規劃(hua)意(yi)識和(he)能力。

  (四)培(pei)養培(pei)訓職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)。支持(chi)各(ge)(ge)地、各(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)依托職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗中心,建(jian)設一批具有參(can)與(yu)(yu)開展職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)能(neng)力(li)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu),鼓勵跨專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、跨學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、跨區域聯(lian)合(he)建(jian)設職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)。鼓勵職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)聘(pin)請(qing)具有相關職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)背景和(he)豐富(fu)實踐(jian)經驗的(de)(de)能(neng)工巧(qiao)匠、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技術人員(yuan)擔任職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)兼職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)。各(ge)(ge)地、各(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)應建(jian)立(li)健(jian)全政府、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、社會等(deng)多方(fang)參(can)與(yu)(yu)、基于(yu)不(bu)同專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類別(bie)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養培(pei)訓機制,提(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)開展職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力(li)。各(ge)(ge)地、各(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)應保障參(can)與(yu)(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)與(yu)(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)在工資待遇、績(ji)效考核、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng)評(ping)聘(pin)、評(ping)先(xian)評(ping)優、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養培(pei)訓等(deng)方(fang)面,與(yu)(yu)其他教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)同等(deng)對待。

  (五)建立(li)(li)完善(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)評價(jia)制度。各(ge)地、各(ge)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校要堅持育(yu)人為本,積極開(kai)發適(shi)合(he)本地實際的中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)課程(cheng)、項目(mu)、資(zi)源和(he)(he)(he)活動,探(tan)索構建職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)師的建設標準。各(ge)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校要積極與(yu)中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)開(kai)展(zhan)合(he)作(zuo),結(jie)合(he)不同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)段特點和(he)(he)(he)不同(tong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)方向,與(yu)中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)協同(tong)探(tan)索將職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)參與(yu)情況納入學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)綜合(he)素質評價(jia),建立(li)(li)健全職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)評價(jia)制度,常(chang)態(tai)化開(kai)展(zhan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)和(he)(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教(jiao)育(yu)評價(jia),促進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面發展(zhan)。

  四、工作要求

  (一)加(jia)強(qiang)組織(zhi)(zhi)領(ling)導。各地(di)要高(gao)度重視(shi)職業啟蒙和職業體驗教(jiao)育活動,加(jia)強(qiang)組織(zhi)(zhi)領(ling)導,做好統(tong)籌協調(diao),加(jia)大政策支持和資源保障(zhang),創新工作(zuo)方式方法(fa),加(jia)快推進普(pu)通教(jiao)育與職業教(jiao)育融通發展。各職業學(xue)校要提高(gao)思(si)想認識,認真組織(zhi)(zhi)、加(jia)強(qiang)研究,積極與中小學(xue)、行(xing)業企(qi)業、社(she)會各界開(kai)展合作(zuo),持續(xu)提升職業教(jiao)育吸引力、影(ying)響力。

  (二)加大支持指導(dao)。各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)要認真組織、指導(dao)本(ben)地(di)(di)中小學和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學校實(shi)施(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教育。省(sheng)教育廳指導(dao)全(quan)省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教育工作,督促各(ge)(ge)地(di)(di)履行職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責,推進(jin)全(quan)省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)啟蒙(meng)(meng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)體(ti)驗(yan)教育。

  (三(san))強化宣傳引導。各(ge)地、各(ge)職(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)、各(ge)中小(xiao)學(xue)校(xiao)要通過組(zu)織“職(zhi)業(ye)教育活(huo)動周”“大國工匠進校(xiao)園(yuan)”等形式多樣的活(huo)動,廣泛開(kai)展職(zhi)業(ye)啟蒙和職(zhi)業(ye)體驗教育宣傳,大力弘(hong)揚勞(lao)模精神、勞(lao)動精神、工匠精神,激(ji)發學(xue)生成長成才(cai)的內在力量,在全社會形成尊(zun)重勞(lao)動、尊(zun)重技能(neng)、尊(zun)重知識的良好氛圍。
