提升能力(li)“有辦法”。成立全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)校課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)建設(she)專家委員會,邀請28位相關領域知名(ming)專家、學(xue)者、名(ming)師(shi)(shi)擔任委員,充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)揮專家委員會在政(zheng)策制定、項目評審、咨(zi)詢指導、考核評價(jia)等方面(mian)的重要作(zuo)用(yong),保證課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)建設(she)工作(zuo)質量(liang)。組(zu)建涵蓋(gai)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)校的高(gao)等學(xue)校課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)聯(lian)盟(meng)(meng),打(da)造(zao)交流互鑒(jian)平臺,形成高(gao)校課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人合(he)力(li)。成立黑(hei)龍江省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)聯(lian)盟(meng)(meng),推動研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)專業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)緊密融合(he),探索課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)和導學(xue)思(si)政(zheng)相結合(he)的模式,著力(li)構建研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)大格局。依托(tuo)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)聯(lian)盟(meng)(meng),面(mian)向全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)組(zu)織多場課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)專題(ti)培訓(xun),共(gong)培訓(xun)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)3萬(wan)余人次;組(zu)織全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)1.3萬(wan)余名(ming)高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)參(can)(can)加全(quan)國高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能力(li)培訓(xun)班。舉辦全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)校課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)競賽,設(she)置(zhi)本科、高(gao)職(zhi)高(gao)專、研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)3個賽道,吸引1349位教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)參(can)(can)賽,實現了(le)(le)高(gao)校全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、學(xue)段全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、學(xue)科全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai),檢(jian)驗了(le)(le)“課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)門門有思(si)政(zheng)、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)人人講育(yu)(yu)(yu)人”的實踐效果,推動以賽促(cu)教(jiao)(jiao)、以賽促(cu)研(yan)、以賽促(cu)改、賽訓(xun)融合(he)。
典(dian)型引路(lu)“有標桿”。組織開(kai)展全省高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)建設示(shi)(shi)范(fan)項(xiang)目遴(lin)選,近(jin)兩年認定(ding)課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)、示(shi)(shi)范(fan)課(ke)(ke)程、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)中心、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)名(ming)師、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)團(tuan)隊等(deng)項(xiang)目250余(yu)項(xiang)。根據不同學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)專業方向進行示(shi)(shi)范(fan)課(ke)(ke)程重(zhong)點培育,積極打造(zao)(zao)和(he)推薦(jian)名(ming)師課(ke)(ke)程,入選教(jiao)育部課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)項(xiang)目26項(xiang),哈(ha)爾濱工業大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、哈(ha)爾濱職(zhi)業技術學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)2個(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中心成功入選國家(jia)(jia)級課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)中心,12所高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)24門課(ke)(ke)程及團(tuan)隊入選國家(jia)(jia)級課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)課(ke)(ke)程、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)名(ming)師和(he)團(tuan)隊。組織全省60余(yu)所高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)開(kai)展校(xiao)(xiao)級課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)項(xiang)目建設,鼓勵(li)支持(chi)“兩院(yuan)”院(yuan)士、“長(chang)江(jiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者”、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)名(ming)師等(deng)牽頭(tou)課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)建設,自主(zhu)立(li)項(xiang)1479個(ge),著(zhu)力(li)打造(zao)(zao)一(yi)批示(shi)(shi)范(fan)課(ke)(ke)堂,選樹一(yi)批優秀(xiu)教(jiao)師,凝練(lian)一(yi)批典(dian)型案(an)例,集中展示(shi)(shi)了高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)(ke)程思(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)建設階(jie)段性成果。
