3月11日,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)(qing)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)委、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交通大(da)學召開座談會(hui)(hui),深入學習(xi)(xi)貫徹(che)習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總(zong)書記關(guan)于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要論(lun)述(shu),認真(zhen)落(luo)實市(shi)委、市(shi)政(zheng)府對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作的部署要求,共話(hua)“高校助推新質生產力發展(zhan)”,共商推進重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交通大(da)學高質量(liang)發展(zhan)。市(shi)委教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工委書記、市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)委主任劉(liu)宴(yan)兵,重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交通大(da)學黨委書記宮輝等參加會(hui)(hui)議。
重(zhong)慶交(jiao)通(tong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)報告了2023年學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)發展(zhan)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji),在市委(wei)、市政府的(de)(de)(de)堅強領(ling)導,市委(wei)教(jiao)育工(gong)委(wei)、市教(jiao)委(wei)的(de)(de)(de)指導支持下(xia),多(duo)項工(gong)作(zuo)實現歷史性突(tu)破,全(quan)職引(yin)進中國(guo)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)院(yuan)士擔(dan)任校(xiao)長,獲批國(guo)家重(zhong)點研(yan)發計劃(hua)項目2項,獲評全(quan)國(guo)高(gao)校(xiao)黃大(da)(da)年式教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)團隊(dui),獲批智慧交(jiao)通(tong)基(ji)礎設(she)(she)施(shi)國(guo)際(ji)合(he)作(zuo)聯(lian)合(he)實驗(yan)室。下(xia)一步,重(zhong)慶交(jiao)通(tong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)將(jiang)緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞(rao)“成(cheng)(cheng)長型有特色高(gao)水平(ping)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)”目標愿景,大(da)(da)力(li)(li)宣傳弘(hong)揚“兩路”精神,聚焦(jiao)智慧、生態、數理(li)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)三個(ge)重(zhong)點發展(zhan)方向,打造“陸、水、空、軌、管”完備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)交(jiao)通(tong)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)體系,全(quan)力(li)(li)創(chuang)建(jian)全(quan)國(guo)一流學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)。到2035年,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)“雙一流”建(jian)設(she)(she)取得顯著(zhu)成(cheng)(cheng)效,砥礪(li)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)交(jiao)通(tong)領(ling)域拔尖創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人(ren)才、學(xue)(xue)術領(ling)軍人(ren)才與創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)團隊(dui)、高(gao)水平(ping)科(ke)(ke)技自立自強的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)果集聚地,為(wei)新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代新(xin)(xin)征程(cheng)新(xin)(xin)重(zhong)慶建(jian)設(she)(she)貢獻交(jiao)大(da)(da)力(li)(li)量。
劉宴(yan)兵表示,近年來重慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大學(xue)(xue)在標志(zhi)性(xing)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye)及科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)、高(gao)(gao)水(shui)平人(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊(dui)伍精(jing)準(zhun)引(yin)育(yu)(yu)、內部治理(li)效能提(ti)升(sheng)等(deng)方面取得(de)的(de)豐(feng)碩(shuo)成果(guo)(guo)(guo),得(de)益(yi)于市(shi)(shi)委(wei)(wei)、市(shi)(shi)政府對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)的(de)高(gao)(gao)度重視(shi),得(de)益(yi)于學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)班子成員的(de)團(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo),得(de)益(yi)于全體師生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)共同努力(li)(li)(li)(li)。市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)委(wei)(wei)將繼(ji)續大力(li)(li)(li)(li)支(zhi)持重慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大學(xue)(xue)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)(liang)發(fa)展,也(ye)希望重慶(qing)(qing)(qing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)大學(xue)(xue)深入學(xue)(xue)習貫徹全國兩會(hui)精(jing)神(shen),按照(zhao)市(shi)(shi)委(wei)(wei)常委(wei)(wei)會(hui)關于加(jia)快建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強(qiang)(qiang)市(shi)(shi)的(de)部署要求,主動融入“新(xin)(xin)(xin)重慶(qing)(qing)(qing)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。一(yi)是(shi)打造科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)發(fa)展引(yin)擎,培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)展新(xin)(xin)(xin)質生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)原動力(li)(li)(li)(li)。高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)要堅持“四個面向”,聚(ju)(ju)焦“416”科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)戰略(lve)布(bu)(bu)(bu)局(ju),在構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)自主培(pei)(pei)養(yang)體系(xi)、深化(hua)(hua)拔尖創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)方面進(jin)行(xing)改革(ge)和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin),加(jia)大有組織科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)度,通(tong)(tong)過“企(qi)(qi)業(ye)出題”等(deng)模式,圍繞(rao)前(qian)瞻性(xing)課(ke)題開展研(yan)究,力(li)(li)(li)(li)爭(zheng)突破一(yi)批(pi)重大原創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)性(xing)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)和(he)顛覆性(xing)技(ji)術,力(li)(li)(li)(li)爭(zheng)布(bu)(bu)(bu)局(ju)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)更(geng)多國家級科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)平臺(tai),力(li)(li)(li)(li)爭(zheng)與(yu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、院所共建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)更(geng)多科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)聯盟,加(jia)快高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)市(shi)(shi)場化(hua)(hua)、產(chan)(chan)業(ye)化(hua)(hua)、商品化(hua)(hua)步伐(fa),推動高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)策源能力(li)(li)(li)(li)實現(xian)量(liang)(liang)級跨越。二是(shi)打造學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye)特色樣板(ban),明晰發(fa)展新(xin)(xin)(xin)質生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)靶(ba)向性(xing)。要深化(hua)(hua)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)分(fen)類(lei)評價改革(ge),下好學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye)布(bu)(bu)(bu)局(ju)“先手棋(qi)”,進(jin)一(yi)步深化(hua)(hua)拓(tuo)展土木工程(cheng)、港口航道(dao)與(yu)海岸工程(cheng)、交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸等(deng)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)特色,引(yin)導傳(chuan)統學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)轉(zhuan)型升(sheng)級,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)前(qian)沿新(xin)(xin)(xin)興學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)、交(jiao)叉學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)布(bu)(bu)(bu)局(ju)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)、科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)和(he)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)的(de)適切性(xing),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye)與(yu)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)體系(xi)的(de)匹(pi)配度,增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究和(he)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)服務高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)(liang)發(fa)展的(de)靶(ba)向性(xing)。三是(shi)打造服務支(zhi)撐發(fa)展平臺(tai),提(ti)升(sheng)發(fa)展新(xin)(xin)(xin)質生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)精(jing)準(zhun)度。要聚(ju)(ju)焦成渝地區(qu)雙城經濟圈(quan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)“一(yi)號工程(cheng)”和(he)西部陸海新(xin)(xin)(xin)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)等(deng)國家戰略(lve),緊扣我市(shi)(shi)“33618”現(xian)代制造業(ye)集群(qun)體系(xi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),著力(li)(li)(li)(li)打造駐區(qu)、駐企(qi)(qi)、駐園創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)平臺(tai),共建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)融通(tong)(tong)環大學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)態圈(quan),積極參與(yu)“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強(qiang)(qiang)市(shi)(shi)區(qu)縣行(xing)”“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)強(qiang)(qiang)市(shi)(shi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)行(xing)”,推動優秀學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)、團(tuan)隊(dui)和(he)實驗室下沉產(chan)(chan)業(ye)一(yi)線,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)與(yu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)溝通(tong)(tong)交(jiao)流、緊密合作(zuo)。要加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)技(ji)術經理(li)人(ren)(ren)培(pei)(pei)養(yang),構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“先賦權后轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)”的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)路徑,打通(tong)(tong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)過程(cheng)中科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)、研(yan)發(fa)、量(liang)(liang)產(chan)(chan)和(he)市(shi)(shi)場之間的(de)堵點,實現(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)鏈、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)鏈、產(chan)(chan)業(ye)鏈、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)鏈有機銜接,為新(xin)(xin)(xin)重慶(qing)(qing)(qing)建(jian)(jian)(ji
