今(jin)年全國(guo)兩會期(qi)間,“新質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)力”成為(wei)備受關注的熱詞之(zhi)一。政府工(gong)作報(bao)告(gao)將“大力推進現代(dai)化產(chan)業體系建設,加快發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)力”列為(wei)2024年政府工(gong)作十(shi)大任務之(zhi)首(shou),并從(cong)推動產(chan)業鏈供應鏈優化升級、積極培育新興產(chan)業和(he)未來產(chan)業、深入推進數(shu)字經濟創新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)等方(fang)面,對塑(su)造發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新動能新優勢、促(cu)進社會生(sheng)產(chan)力實現新的躍升作出具體部(bu)署。向“新”發(fa)(fa)力、用“新”提質(zhi)、以“新”促(cu)長(chang),已(yi)經成為(wei)當(dang)前(qian)和(he)今(jin)后我國(guo)推動高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的重要著力點。
發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li),需要(yao)(yao)(yao)充分發(fa)揮高(gao)校在創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)養方面(mian)的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)作用。習近平總書記強調:“要(yao)(yao)(yao)根據科技發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)趨勢(shi),優化高(gao)等學校學科設(she)置、人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)(pei)養模(mo)式(shi),為發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、推動(dong)高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)培(pei)(pei)(pei)養急需人才(cai)。”新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)是(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)起(qi)主(zhu)導作用的先(xian)進(jin)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)質(zhi)態。培(pei)(pei)(pei)育和發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)是(shi)核心要(yao)(yao)(yao)素,基(ji)礎和先(xian)導靠教(jiao)育,通過教(jiao)育來培(pei)(pei)(pei)養拔尖創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)人才(cai)。著眼未(wei)來,加快發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li),必須(xu)堅持科技是(shi)第(di)一生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、人才(cai)是(shi)第(di)一資(zi)源、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)是(shi)第(di)一動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)(li),培(pei)(pei)(pei)養造就有情懷、敢(gan)擔當、高(gao)素質(zhi)、肯奮斗(dou)的創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)人才(cai)隊伍(wu)。
思政課是落(luo)實立(li)德樹人(ren)根(gen)本任務的關鍵課程。做(zuo)好創新(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養工(gong)作,需要(yao)在加強科學(xue)知識與專業技能(neng)教育的同時,積(ji)極探索將新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理論融(rong)入高校思政課教學(xue),教育引導青(qing)年學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)明(ming)德立(li)志、自(zi)信自(zi)強,努力(li)成長為適(shi)應新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)發展要(yao)求的新(xin)型高素質(zhi)人(ren)才(cai)。
講深(shen)新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理(li)(li)論(lun)的(de)(de)重(zhong)大意義(yi)。產業技(ji)術革命是推動人類(lei)社(she)會發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)進步的(de)(de)重(zhong)要動力(li)。當前,新(xin)一(yi)輪科技(ji)革命、產業變(bian)革與我(wo)國(guo)(guo)加快轉變(bian)經(jing)濟發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)方式歷史性交匯,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)面臨著千載難(nan)逢(feng)的(de)(de)歷史機遇,同時(shi)也面臨巨(ju)大挑戰。把握發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)機遇、應對國(guo)(guo)際競(jing)爭、破解發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)難(nan)題、實現高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),必須以能夠更(geng)好適應時(shi)代發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)要求(qiu)的(de)(de)新(xin)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理(li)(li)論(lun)來(lai)指導(dao)。新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理(li)(li)論(lun)正是在(zai)這(zhe)一(yi)背(bei)(bei)景下應運(yun)而生(sheng)(sheng)。思政課老(lao)師當立足馬克(ke)思主義(yi)基(ji)本原理(li)(li),立足當代經(jing)濟科技(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)實踐,講清楚新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理(li)(li)論(lun)是我(wo)們(men)黨堅持馬克(ke)思主義(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)學說,深(shen)刻(ke)總結概括新(xin)時(shi)代高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)實踐,著眼(yan)當前和(he)未(wei)來(lai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)需要提出的(de)(de)原創性理(li)(li)論(lun)成果,引(yin)導(dao)青年學生(sheng)(sheng)深(shen)刻(ke)領會新(xin)質(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產力(li)理(li)(li)論(lun)提出的(de)(de)時(shi)代背(bei)(bei)景和(he)重(zhong)大意義(yi),增強學習(xi)掌握這(zhe)一(yi)重(zhong)要理(li)(li)論(lun)的(de)(de)思想自覺。
