河南省認真(zhen)學習貫徹習近平總(zong)書記關于做(zuo)好高(gao)校畢(bi)業生(sheng)就業工作(zuo)的(de)重要(yao)批(pi)示指示精神,深(shen)入落實黨中央(yang)、國(guo)務(wu)院有關決(jue)策部署,把促(cu)進高(gao)校畢(bi)業生(sheng)就業工作(zuo)擺在突出位置(zhi),積極(ji)整(zheng)合各方資(zi)源力(li)量(liang),抓實抓好組織領導、政策保障、崗位供需、困難幫扶和就業指導等重點環節,努力(li)促(cu)進高(gao)校畢(bi)業生(sheng)更(geng)加充分更(geng)高(gao)質量(liang)就業。
在凝聚合(he)力(li)上下(xia)功夫,強化組(zu)(zu)織領導。省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)政府高(gao)(gao)度(du)重視高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)書記、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)多次作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)(chu)指(zhi)示批示,深入(ru)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服務機構等開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)調研(yan);省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)主持(chi)召開(kai)(kai)全省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)議,研(yan)究出(chu)(chu)臺(tai)支(zhi)持(chi)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)等青年群體就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)13條政策措施。2022年底,提前征(zheng)集各部(bu)門政策性(xing)崗位(wei)招(zhao)錄(lu)計劃(hua),印發《關(guan)于做好(hao)政策性(xing)崗位(wei)招(zhao)錄(lu)相(xiang)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)通知》《關(guan)于全力(li)做好(hao)2023屆高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)方案》等文件,切(qie)實(shi)(shi)做到早謀(mou)劃(hua)、早部(bu)署、早行動。省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)組(zu)(zu)織部(bu)和(he)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)、人社(she)廳(ting)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)信廳(ting)等部(bu)門加強協同聯動,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)發揮部(bu)門職能作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,不(bu)斷(duan)凝聚抓就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、促(cu)(cu)(cu)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)合(he)力(li),努力(li)構建黨委(wei)(wei)統一領導、部(bu)門各負其責、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)參與、高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)主動作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為的(de)促(cu)(cu)(cu)進(jin)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)格局(ju)。省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)委(wei)(wei)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導小組(zu)(zu)秘書組(zu)(zu)成立高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)專班,設立市場化崗位(wei)拓(tuo)展(zhan)、重點(dian)群體就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)幫扶(fu)等5個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)組(zu)(zu),建立每周(zhou)報告和(he)例會(hui)制度(du),不(bu)斷(duan)完善“橫(heng)向(xiang)聯動、縱(zong)向(xiang)推動”的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機制。省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)將促(cu)(cu)(cu)進(jin)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為深入(ru)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學習貫(guan)徹習近平新(xin)時代中國特色社(she)會(hui)主義思(si)想主題教育(yu)的(de)重要內(nei)容,納入(ru)調查(cha)研(yan)究清單和(he)民生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)事項清單,下(xia)大力(li)氣積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)推進(jin)。召開(kai)(kai)全省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)推進(jin)會(hui),省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)領導班子成員(yuan)分片(pian)包(bao)干地(di)市和(he)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),帶頭開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)督查(cha)指(zhi)導,切(qie)實(shi)(shi)推動各項目標任(ren)務落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)落(luo)(luo)細。實(shi)(shi)施“1+6”高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),即開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“百(bai)(bai)萬(wan)崗位(wei)護航計劃(hua)”和(he)訪企(qi)拓(tuo)崗促(cu)(cu)(cu)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、政校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)供需對接、基(ji)層就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)筑基(ji)、政策崗位(wei)推進(jin)、特殊(shu)群體關(guan)愛、百(bai)(bai)日沖刺等6個專項行動,千(qian)方百(bai)(bai)計促(cu)(cu)(cu)進(jin)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)順利就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
在夯實(shi)(shi)保障(zhang)上做(zuo)文章,加大政策(ce)支持。省(sheng)政府先后(hou)制定《大力提振市場信心促(cu)進經濟穩(wen)定向(xiang)好(hao)政策(ce)措施(shi)》《關(guan)于印(yin)發(fa)2023年(nian)河南省(sheng)支持高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)等青年(nian)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)若干政策(ce)措施(shi)的(de)通知(zhi)》等文件,聚(ju)焦援企(qi)(qi)穩(wen)崗擴就(jiu)業(ye)(ye),實(shi)(shi)施(shi)穩(wen)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)促(cu)發(fa)展(zhan)保民生(sheng)等系(xi)列(lie)舉措,持續開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“萬(wan)人(ren)助萬(wan)企(qi)(qi)”活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),落實(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)小微企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)社(she)(she)保補(bu)(bu)(bu)貼和(he)(he)一次性吸納就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)補(bu)(bu)(bu)貼,推動(dong)(dong)(dong)減稅降費穩(wen)崗惠(hui)企(qi)(qi)政策(ce)直達企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)基(ji)層。省(sheng)教育廳會(hui)同財政、人(ren)社(she)(she)等部(bu)門,按照“活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)補(bu)(bu)(bu)助+成效補(bu)(bu)(bu)助”模式對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)園招聘工(gong)作(zuo)給予經費補(bu)(bu)(bu)助;聯合人(ren)社(she)(she)部(bu)門開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)高(gao)質量就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)示范高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(院系(xi))創(chuang)建工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),進一步激發(fa)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)促(cu)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)活(huo)力。省(sheng)教育廳聯合相關(guan)部(bu)門做(zuo)好(hao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)檔案轉(zhuan)遞接(jie)收(shou)服務(wu)專項工(gong)作(zuo),印(yin)發(fa)《河南省(sheng)大中(zhong)(zhong)專畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)檔案管理(li)辦法》《關(guan)于積極穩(wen)妥做(zuo)好(hao)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)檔案轉(zhuan)遞接(jie)收(shou)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)通知(zhi)》等,規范從學生(sheng)入校(xiao)(xiao)到(dao)畢業(ye)(ye)的(de)檔案收(shou)集(ji)和(he)(he)填報標準,簡化(hua)檔案轉(zhuan)遞工(gong)作(zuo)流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。指導各地(di)將做(zuo)好(hao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)與實(shi)(shi)施(shi)創(chuang)新驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)、科(ke)教興省(sheng)、人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)強省(sheng)戰略相結合,推動(dong)(dong)(dong)育才(cai)(cai)(cai)引才(cai)(cai)(cai)用才(cai)(cai)(cai)與高(gao)質量發(fa)展(zhan)互融互促(cu),因地(di)制宜實(shi)(shi)施(shi)好(hao)招才(cai)(cai)(cai)引智計劃。如,鄭(zheng)州市推出青年(nian)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)安居工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等系(xi)列(lie)“青年(nian)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)新政”;南陽市推出“人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)貸(dai)”“人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)險”等業(ye)(ye)務(wu),為相關(guan)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)提供總額度不超過(guo)5億(yi)元的(de)純信用貸(dai)款,大力營造促(cu)進人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)干事創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)的(de)良好(hao)環境。
在(zai)拓展(zhan)渠道上(shang)求突破(po),擴大(da)(da)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)供(gong)給。積(ji)極(ji)挖掘政(zheng)策性崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)潛(qian)力,增加(jia)各(ge)類政(zheng)策性崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)計(ji)劃(hua)招(zhao)錄和(he)(he)“特崗(gang)教師”、專升本(ben)規模,增設“鄉村振(zhen)興、黃河流域生(sheng)態保護(hu)和(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)戰略”選調生(sheng)專項(xiang);加(jia)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)征兵工(gong)作(zuo)力度,鼓勵(li)更多高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)應征入伍、報效國家(jia);鼓勵(li)支(zhi)持優秀畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)到西(xi)藏(zang)阿(a)里、新(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)和(he)(he)田(tian)等(deng)邊疆(jiang)(jiang)地(di)區(qu)、民族地(di)區(qu)、西(xi)部(bu)地(di)區(qu)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),激(ji)勵(li)引(yin)導青年(nian)學(xue)子樹立建(jian)功邊疆(jiang)(jiang)的家(jia)國情懷(huai)和(he)(he)使(shi)命擔當(dang)。充分(fen)發(fa)揮“省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)、區(qu)域類行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類分(fen)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)、校(xiao)(xiao)園招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)”三級(ji)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)作(zuo)用(yong),大(da)(da)力拓展(zhan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)化崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)資源。以政(zheng)府搭臺(tai)的形式(shi),積(ji)極(ji)邀(yao)請浙江、廣(guang)東、江蘇等(deng)地(di)優質企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)組團來豫招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)。圍(wei)繞省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“三個一批”項(xiang)目,省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育廳聯合省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)改(gai)委征集相(xiang)關重點項(xiang)目崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)需求,并組織專場(chang)(chang)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)活動;聯合省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)信廳、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)商聯推(tui)動民營企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、中小(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)民營企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)周、民企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)攜手促就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)專項(xiang)活動,為高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)與企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)精準搭建(jian)供(gong)需對(dui)接(jie)平臺(tai)。持續推(tui)進“百萬崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)護(hu)航”計(ji)劃(hua),指導全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)“訪企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)拓崗(gang)促就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)”“百日沖刺”等(deng)專項(xiang)行動,深入挖掘就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)資源,努(nu)力為畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)提供(gong)更多優質崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)。2022年(nian)秋季以來,全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教育系統共組織各(ge)類招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)活動8000余場(chang)(chang),提供(gong)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)近300萬個;全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)訪企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)2萬余家(jia)、拓崗(gang)32萬余個。
在困(kun)難幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)上(shang)用真(zhen)情,關(guan)(guan)愛重(zhong)點(dian)群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)。關(guan)(guan)注高校困(kun)難畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti),出臺《重(zhong)點(dian)群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)工作(zuo)的通知》《殘疾(ji)(ji)人大學生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)實(shi)施方(fang)案》等,建立全省統一(yi)(yi)規范的幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)電子(zi)臺賬(zhang),細化重(zhong)點(dian)群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)舉措(cuo),圍(wei)繞(rao)“摸需求”“講政策”“送(song)崗位”“給補貼”等方(fang)面,不斷提高幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)精(jing)準度(du)和實(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)性。省教育(yu)廳聯合人社、殘聯等部門,實(shi)施“關(guan)(guan)愛你我他·溫暖(nuan)千萬家”等系列暖(nuan)心送(song)崗活動,舉辦殘疾(ji)(ji)人畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)等專項雙選活動;按照(zhao)(zhao)每(mei)人2000元(yuan)的標準,為12萬余(yu)名2023屆困(kun)難群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)發放求職(zhi)創業(ye)(ye)補貼;落實(shi)“宏志助航計劃”專項培訓,采(cai)取“送(song)教上(shang)門”、線上(shang)教學等形式,對重(zhong)點(dian)群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)開(kai)展就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)能力提升培訓,努力幫(bang)助畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)提高就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)競爭力和職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)適(shi)應(ying)力。指(zhi)導各高校按照(zhao)(zhao)“3個(ge)(ge)3”(即,至少開(kai)展3 次(ci)談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、推薦3 個(ge)(ge)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)崗位、 組織參與3 次(ci)線上(shang)線下就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)促進活動)的工作(zuo)要求,開(kai)展好“一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)”重(zhong)點(dian)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu),“一(yi)(yi)人一(yi)(yi)策”落實(shi)工作(zuo)舉措(cuo),幫(bang)助困(kun)難群(qun)(qun)(qun)體(ti)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)盡快就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)。
在就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)上出實(shi)招,提升服務質量。實(shi)施(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)隊伍素質提升計(ji)劃,組織(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)全省高(gao)校(xiao)分管就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)校(xiao)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)骨干教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)、輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)及(ji)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)統計(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)等(deng)專題培訓(xun),評(ping)選(xuan)(xuan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)名(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi),不斷提升就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)人員(yuan)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)、專職(zhi)化(hua)、專家化(hua)水平(ping)。單設就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)稱序列(lie)(lie),累計(ji)評(ping)聘就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)高(gao)級(ji)職(zhi)稱教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)174人、中(zhong)級(ji)職(zhi)稱教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)235人。探(tan)索推進“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)育”博士、碩士學位(wei)授(shou)權點建設,著力(li)培養一(yi)支懂(dong)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)、有情(qing)懷的(de)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍。進一(yi)步強(qiang)化(hua)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)導(dao)(dao)(dao)向,開(kai)展(zhan)“河南省高(gao)校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)卓越獎”評(ping)選(xuan)(xuan)活動,選(xuan)(xuan)樹先(xian)進典型(xing),發揮(hui)榜樣(yang)示范(fan)作(zuo)用,引導(dao)(dao)(dao)更多高(gao)校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生扎根(gen)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)、到祖國最(zui)需要的(de)地方建功立(li)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。發布(bu)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)“政(zheng)(zheng)策地圖”、《大(da)(da)學生就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服務指(zhi)南》,錄制“大(da)(da)學生就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)e指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)”系列(lie)(lie)短視頻等(deng),幫助大(da)(da)學生充分了(le)解就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)政(zheng)(zheng)策、防(fang)范(fan)求職(zhi)風險、維護就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)權益,努(nu)力(li)為畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)提供良好(hao)環境(jing)和(he)有力(li)支持。
