匯聚(ju)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)(cai),構建師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)“共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)池”。構建標(biao)準化機制(zhi),印發(fa)《標(biao)準化導(dao)則》《共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理規范》等(deng)(deng) 14 項(xiang)配套文(wen)件,健全共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)招引、培訓(xun)、服務(wu)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理機制(zhi),對(dui)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)實行先入(ru)(ru)駐、再培訓(xun)、后(hou)(hou)上崗,推動建立“招、管(guan)(guan)(guan)、培、研、督、評”共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理使用模式。暢(chang)通(tong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)招引渠道,采取社會(hui)招募(mu)(mu)、體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)行政(zheng)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)部門推薦、合作(zuo)高校推薦三種途(tu)徑(jing)招募(mu)(mu)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。對(dui)無教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)格證的退(tui)役運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),持(chi)教(jiao)練員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)資(zi)(zi)(zi)格證或運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)(deng)級證書經培訓(xun)合格后(hou)(hou)上崗,與四川師(shi)(shi)(shi)范大(da)學等(deng)(deng)高校合作(zuo)制(zhi)定成(cheng)長(chang)計(ji)劃(hua),幫助(zhu)(zhu)其盡快(kuai)取得教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)格證。退(tui)役運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)入(ru)(ru)校后(hou)(hou),由入(ru)(ru)駐學校安排體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)“一對(dui)一”結對(dui)互(hu)助(zhu)(zhu),運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)幫助(zhu)(zhu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)專業(ye)運(yun)(yun)動技能(neng)提(ti)升(sheng),教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)幫助(zhu)(zhu)運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)教(jiao)學技能(neng)提(ti)升(sheng),并協助(zhu)(zhu)課(ke)堂管(guan)(guan)(guan)理,實現互(hu)促成(cheng)長(chang)。健全保障(zhang)服務(wu)體(ti)(ti)系,共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)由政(zheng)府(fu)保障(zhang),“訂單式”課(ke)后(hou)(hou)延時服務(wu)公益運(yun)(yun)維,優績(ji)優酬(chou)(chou)。對(dui)“受聘于直管(guan)(guan)(guan)區(qu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)平臺并服務(wu)直管(guan)(guan)(guan)區(qu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)事(shi)業(ye)”的奧運(yun)(yun)會(hui)、世界錦標(biao)賽(sai)、亞運(yun)(yun)會(hui)等(deng)(deng)冠軍和培養(yang)出新(xin)區(qu)運(yun)(yun)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)冠軍的教(jiao)練員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)(deng)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)(cai),在天(tian)府(fu)新(xin)區(qu)“英才(cai)(cai)計(ji)劃(hua)”中給予專項(xiang)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)扶持(chi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金。共(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)在購(gou)房、就(jiu)醫、子女入(ru)(ru)學和評優選先等(deng)(deng)方面與新(xin)區(qu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)享(xiang)受同等(deng)(deng)待遇。
加(jia)強供(gong)需(xu)深(shen)度(du)對接(jie),構建(jian)(jian)課程(cheng)“大超市”。深(shen)度(du)鏈接(jie)“冠軍(jun)(jun)(jun)”資源(yuan),建(jian)(jian)設“冠軍(jun)(jun)(jun)”共(gong)享(xiang)課程(cheng),讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)們近(jin)距離(li)接(jie)觸體育(yu)(yu)“冠軍(jun)(jun)(jun)”,引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)體育(yu)(yu)精神塑(su)造、體育(yu)(yu)能力培養和體育(yu)(yu)習(xi)慣養成。建(jian)(jian)立(li)體操(cao)、輪滑(hua)(hua)等6個“冠軍(jun)(jun)(jun)工作室(shi)”,以點(dian)(dian)帶面貫通發(fa)展。開發(fa)“菜單式”選師(shi)選課IT系統,體育(yu)(yu)課程(cheng)由學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)需(xu)求、共(gong)享(xiang)中(zhong)心(xin)派教師(shi),在天(tian)府新區(qu)近(jin)200所(suo)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)排課走校(xiao)(xiao)。深(shen)度(du)鏈接(jie)供(gong)需(xu)雙方,動態(tai)調(diao)配員額(e)、任務(wu),項目(mu)覆(fu)蓋籃球(qiu)、足球(qiu)、排球(qiu)、乒乓(pang)球(qiu)、羽(yu)毛球(qiu)、網(wang)球(qiu)、田徑、健美操(cao)等25個體育(yu)(yu)項目(mu)。截至目(mu)前(qian),共(gong)享(xiang)中(zhong)心(xin)累(lei)計承(cheng)擔(dan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)體育(yu)(yu)課程(cheng)、訂單式課后延(yan)時服務(wu)、周末(mo)節(jie)假日托管和區(qu)(校(xiao)(xiao))隊訓練課等各類課程(cheng)10萬(wan)余節(jie),學(xue)(xue)期(qi)平均(jun)滿意(yi)度(du)均(jun)達(da)98%以上(shang),全區(qu)中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)體質優良率從(cong)55.25%提(ti)升(sheng)到64.1%。聚焦(jiao)“一校(xiao)(xiao)一品”“一校(xiao)(xiao)多(duo)品”,創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)65所(suo)中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)體育(yu)(yu)傳統特色(se)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),開設輪滑(hua)(hua)冰球(qiu)、花樣(yang)游泳等特色(se)體育(yu)(yu)項目(mu)50余項,組(zu)建(jian)(jian)20支區(qu)級運動隊,市區(qu)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)賽艇皮劃(hua)艇、射擊(ji)射箭、曲(qu)棍球(qiu)項目(mu)重點(dian)(dian)基(ji)地班。打通體育(yu)(yu)競技(ji)“苗子”的小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)、初中(zhong)、高中(zhong)對口(kou)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)通道,為國家輸(shu)送更(geng)多(duo)體育(yu)(yu)后備(bei)人(ren)才。
優化協同育(yu)(yu)(yu)人生(sheng)態,構建(jian)資源(yuan)“共享(xiang)臺(tai)”。統籌退役運動(dong)(dong)員和體育(yu)(yu)(yu)類校(xiao)外資源(yuan),吸引222家(jia)體育(yu)(yu)(yu)類專業機構常態化開展(zhan)相關(guan)服(fu)務(wu),構建(jian)覆蓋29個(ge)奧(ao)運項(xiang)目(mu)、9個(ge)非奧(ao)項(xiang)目(mu)和10個(ge)中(zhong)華傳統體育(yu)(yu)(yu)項(xiang)目(mu)的課(ke)程(cheng)體系,滿(man)足學生(sheng)多(duo)樣化、個(ge)性(xing)化需求。“訂(ding)單(dan)式”課(ke)后延時服(fu)務(wu)和周末節假日托管服(fu)務(wu),服(fu)務(wu)學生(sheng)人數超過9萬(wan)名(ming)(ming)、注冊家(jia)長(chang)數量(liang)超過11萬(wan)名(ming)(ming)。按照“政府(fu)(fu)主導、市場主體、商(shang)業化邏輯”的運作方(fang)式,推動(dong)(dong)組建(jian)共享(xiang)中(zhong)心(xin)運營公(gong)司(si),推動(dong)(dong)共享(xiang)教師參與全民健(jian)身(shen)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。聚焦賽(sai)事(shi)組織、體育(yu)(yu)(yu)培訓(xun)、場館運營等(deng),探索體育(yu)(yu)(yu)+旅游、體育(yu)(yu)(yu)+展(zhan)會、體育(yu)(yu)(yu)+消費(fei)等(deng)融合產業發(fa)展(zhan),打造體育(yu)(yu)(yu)消費(fei)新場景,持(chi)續推動(dong)(dong)公(gong)益運行。助力成都(dou)世(shi)界(jie)賽(sai)事(shi)名(ming)(ming)城建(jian)設,營造“愛(ai)成都(dou)·迎(ying)大運”全民共享(xiang)體育(yu)(yu)(yu)系列場景,打造公(gong)園城市“天(tian)府(fu)(fu)杯”“天(tian)府(fu)(fu)共享(xiang)杯”等(deng)品牌賽(sai)事(shi)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),年(nian)參與學生(sheng)20萬(wan)人次。
