天津大學深入推進新工科建設 探索新時代卓越工程師培養模式改革

  天津(jin)大學認真(zhen)學習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近平(ping)總書記(ji)關于教(jiao)育的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)論述和(he)中央人才(cai)工作會(hui)議精神,堅持把卓越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)師培(pei)養(yang)(yang)作為發展重(zhong)點,全方位深(shen)層次大力度推進新工科人才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)平(ping)臺建設、項目式課程(cheng)(cheng)改革(ge)、教(jiao)學質量(liang)管理和(he)教(jiao)育共同體構建,積極(ji)探(tan)索新時(shi)代卓越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)師培(pei)養(yang)(yang)新模(mo)式,努力走(zou)好(hao)戰略(lve)人才(cai)自主培(pei)養(yang)(yang)之路(lu)。

  以人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)平(ping)(ping)臺建(jian)(jian)設為重點,持(chi)(chi)續強化(hua)學(xue)(xue)科交叉融(rong)合。以“新(xin)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科專(zhuan)業”和“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科的新(xin)要(yao)求”為著(zhu)力點,通過交叉科研平(ping)(ping)臺、交叉研究領域、交叉導(dao)師團隊、交叉生源和交叉知識(shi)“五維并舉”,構建(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)校、學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、專(zhuan)業三級新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)平(ping)(ping)臺,推動工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)教(jiao)育(yu)組織(zhi)模(mo)式(shi)創新(xin)變革。建(jian)(jian)設求是學(xue)(xue)部,匯聚機(ji)械學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、精儀學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、自動化(hua)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)等多個學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)的優(you)(you)勢資(zi)源,建(jian)(jian)立跨學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)、多學(xue)(xue)科、開放辦學(xue)(xue)的校級引導(dao)性平(ping)(ping)臺——“未來智(zhi)能機(ji)器與(yu)系統(tong)平(ping)(ping)臺”,發(fa)揮(hui)示范帶動作用(yong),營造新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科建(jian)(jian)設濃(nong)厚(hou)氛圍。聚焦關鍵核心領域和未來產業發(fa)展需(xu)求,結合優(you)(you)勢學(xue)(xue)科專(zhuan)業特點,差異化(hua)、梯度式(shi)建(jian)(jian)設“智(zhi)慧(hui)流程(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業與(yu)產品工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”“智(zhi)能機(ji)械大類新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科培養(yang)(yang)(yang)平(ping)(ping)臺”“智(zhi)慧(hui)水利(li)人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)平(ping)(ping)臺”等19個跨學(xue)(xue)科人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)平(ping)(ping)臺,推動傳(chuan)統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科專(zhuan)業優(you)(you)化(hua)升(sheng)級。深(shen)化(hua)產教(jiao)融(rong)合校企合作,探索建(jian)(jian)立校企協同育(yu)人機(ji)制(zhi),組織(zhi)國(guo)內外知名的企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師深(shen)度參(can)與(yu)人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)方案制(zhi)定、課程(cheng)研制(zhi)和課堂教(jiao)學(xue)(xue),支持(chi)(chi)學(xue)(xue)生參(can)與(yu)企業實(shi)習實(shi)訓,深(shen)入了解前沿技術(shu)研發(fa)、應用(yong)與(yu)改(gai)進(jin),切實(shi)增強人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)供需(xu)匹配度。

  以項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)課程(cheng)體系改(gai)革(ge)為(wei)抓手,持(chi)續優化教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)。將項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)貫穿新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科教(jiao)(jiao)育始終,推動“通(tong)識+專業+雙創”深度融合(he),不斷提升新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養質量。設(she)(she)立(li)《設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)思維》等14個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革(ge)重(zhong)點項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu),建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)10個(ge)(ge)(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革(ge)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)點,累(lei)計(ji)(ji)培(pei)育課程(cheng)140余門,著力(li)打(da)造(zao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革(ge)課程(cheng)庫,引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師將課程(cheng)核心知識與實踐應用相結合(he),努力(li)培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)知識應用、創新(xin)創業、團隊(dui)合(he)作等能力(li)素質。建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)《設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)與建(jian)(jian)造(zao)》等11項(xiang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科教(jiao)(jiao)材、《現代工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)圖學(xue)(xue)(xue)》等9項(xiang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)課程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)資源,不斷提升教(jiao)(jiao)師項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能力(li)水平(ping)。組織(zhi)開(kai)展“新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)課程(cheng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)大(da)賽(sai)”,搭建(jian)(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)師說課、課堂觀(guan)摩、培(pei)訓研討(tao)、案(an)例分析等交流(liu)合(he)作平(ping)臺(tai)。優化學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)畢業設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),推動項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)式(shi)(shi)課程(cheng)體系落地(di)落實,2021年支持(chi)5個(ge)(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院、21名本科生(sheng)、15位指(zhi)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師,圍繞“天津大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)智(zhi)慧校園海陸空智(zhi)能無人(ren)系統安(an)全巡查平(ping)臺(tai)”項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)開(kai)展跨學(xue)(xue)(xue)科的(de)協同(tong)合(he)作;2022年立(li)項(xiang)18個(ge)(ge)(ge)跨學(xue)(xue)(xue)科新(xin)工(gong)(gong)科畢業設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)群,121名教(jiao)(jiao)師、172名學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)參(can)與,推動用項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)成果檢(jian)驗課程(cheng)改(gai)革(ge)成效。

  以提升(sheng)立德樹(shu)人(ren)成效為(wei)目(mu)標(biao)(biao),持續固化(hua)質量(liang)(liang)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)。將質量(liang)(liang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)與評價體(ti)系(xi)作為(wei)持續加強和(he)(he)改進新工(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)建(jian)(jian)設的重要手(shou)段和(he)(he)有(you)力支撐(cheng),以ISO9000質量(liang)(liang)體(ti)系(xi)為(wei)參照,科(ke)(ke)學制(zhi)定質量(liang)(liang)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)、方針和(he)(he)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),積極(ji)推(tui)動(dong)質量(liang)(liang)文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設。聚焦卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)核(he)心素養,制(zhi)定涵(han)蓋(gai)身心素質、品(pin)德、能力、知識四個維度、28個要素的“未來卓越人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)”,將價值塑造、能力培(pei)(pei)養、知識傳授“三位一(yi)(yi)體(ti)”育人(ren)貫穿人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養全過程(cheng)。學校21個本科(ke)(ke)專業(ye)、6個研究(jiu)生層次學科(ke)(ke)領(ling)域入選教(jiao)育部“卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)教(jiao)育培(pei)(pei)養計劃”。推(tui)行書院制(zhi)管(guan)理(li)(li),堅持以學生為(wei)中(zhong)心,探索(suo)“導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)組(zu)(zu)”制(zhi)培(pei)(pei)養模式,建(jian)(jian)立由學術導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)、企業(ye)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)、創業(ye)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)、輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)員、高年級(ji)學生等(deng)組(zu)(zu)成的導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)組(zu)(zu),為(wei)學生提供學術指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)、學業(ye)督(du)導(dao)(dao)(dao)、創業(ye)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)、心理(li)(li)疏導(dao)(dao)(dao)等(deng)。實(shi)施(shi)“基于ISO9000標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的教(jiao)學質量(liang)(liang)體(ti)系(xi)提升(sheng)”項目(mu),采用(yong)“策劃—實(shi)施(shi)—測(ce)量(liang)(liang)—改進”循環方法,研制(zhi)包括質量(liang)(liang)手(shou)冊、作業(ye)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)書和(he)(he)質量(liang)(liang)記錄等(deng)在內的一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列質量(liang)(liang)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)文(wen)件(jian),進一(yi)(yi)步強化(hua)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學管(guan)理(li)(li),促進新工(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養質量(liang)(liang)提升(sheng)。

  以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)共(gong)同(tong)體(ti)構建(jian)(jian)為依(yi)托,持續深化工(gong)(gong)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)合作。強化與(yu)國(guo)內外高(gao)校(xiao)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)隊伍和實(shi)踐團隊的交(jiao)流研(yan)討,不斷(duan)深化新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)理(li)(li)論(lun)(lun)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)育(yu)人實(shi)踐共(gong)識。圍(wei)繞(rao)工(gong)(gong)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)革(ge),攜手北京(jing)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)大(da)(da)學等(deng)(deng)9所(suo)卓越人才培(pei)養合作高(gao)校(xiao)聯盟(meng)共(gong)同(tong)發布(bu)《新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)質量宣言》,打造新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人才培(pei)養共(gong)同(tong)體(ti),不斷(duan)提升新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)影(ying)響力和輻(fu)射力。依(yi)托天(tian)津(jin)(jin)大(da)(da)學新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中心(xin)、天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)聯盟(meng)、天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院、全國(guo)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中心(xin)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際聯盟(meng)等(deng)(deng),構建(jian)(jian)“學校(xiao)—天(tian)津(jin)(jin)—全國(guo)—世界(jie)”四(si)級(ji)合作交(jiao)流平(ping)臺(tai),系統開展(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)理(li)(li)論(lun)(lun)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、師資(zi)培(pei)訓交(jiao)流、人才培(pei)養標準研(yan)制等(deng)(deng)。梳理(li)(li)總結新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)經(jing)驗方法,編纂出版《新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)》《首(shou)批國(guo)家級(ji)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)實(shi)踐優秀項目案例(li)集》《面向(xiang)未來的工(gong)(gong)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)改(gai)革(ge)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)范式——新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)理(li)(li)論(lun)(lun)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)實(shi)踐探索的“天(tian)大(da)(da)經(jing)驗”》等(deng)(deng)著作,進一步(bu)推動新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)科(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)果(guo)共(gong)享共(gong)建(jian)(jian)。
