  龔(gong)克在致(zhi)辭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)說,黨的(de)(de)二十(shi)大對(dui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國——當前世界(jie)上最大的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)排(pai)放國家的(de)(de)碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)做出了(le)進一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)頂層設計,這(zhe)個(ge)設計把實現碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)與實現中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)振(zhen)興(xing)即人民(min)對(dui)美(mei)好生活(huo)的(de)(de)向往統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)起來,站在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國式現代化發展全局謀(mou)劃(hua)生態(tai)文明(ming)建設,提(ti)出了(le)“統(tong)(tong)(tong)籌-協同(tong)”戰略,即“統(tong)(tong)(tong)籌產業結構調整、污(wu)染治理、生態(tai)保(bao)護、應對(dui)氣候變化,協同(tong)推(tui)(tui)進降碳(tan)(tan)、減污(wu)、擴(kuo)綠、增長”。面對(dui)實現碳(tan)(tan)達峰、碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)這(zhe)樣一(yi)(yi)場廣泛而深刻的(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)社會系統(tong)(tong)(tong)性(xing)變革,任何一(yi)(yi)個(ge)學科(ke)都不(bu)可能(neng)單獨應對(dui)。南開大學秉承“允公允能(neng)”“服務中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國”的(de)(de)傳統(tong)(tong)(tong),組建碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)交叉科(ke)學中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,將推(tui)(tui)動碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)學科(ke)群發展和(he)高層次人才培養基(ji)地建設。

  趙進(jin)才院(yuan)士、中(zhong)國科學技術大(da)學環(huan)(huan)境科學與工(gong)程系執(zhi)行主任俞漢青主持了(le)(le)大(da)會報告。王會軍組織(zhi)了(le)(le)中(zhong)心(xin)建(jian)設(she)的討論環(huan)(huan)節(jie)。焦(jiao)念(nian)志對中(zhong)心(xin)的成立(li)表(biao)示祝賀,并提(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)高屋建(jian)瓴的建(jian)設(she)性(xing)建(jian)議(yi)。南開大(da)學環(huan)(huan)境科學與工(gong)程學院(yuan)黨委書記馮銀廠等也(ye)對中(zhong)心(xin)建(jian)設(she)和發展提(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)寶(bao)貴的意見和建(jian)議(yi)。
