  對接國家重大戰略,加大科技創新協同力。一是(shi)加強(qiang)平臺協同(tong)。深入推(tui)(tui)(tui)進與啟元、鵬城、懷柔、張(zhang)江等(deng)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)實驗室在科研(yan)創(chuang)新、人才培養(yang)等(deng)方面的(de)合作,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)(jia)團隊與國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)實驗室合作交流機制,協同(tong)攻克(ke)關(guan)(guan)鍵核心(xin)技(ji)(ji)術。與國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)核應急響應技(ji)(ji)術支持中心(xin)共(gong)同(tong)成立(li)核應急裝備(bei)技(ji)(ji)術聯合研(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin),推(tui)(tui)(tui)進國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)核應急技(ji)(ji)術能(neng)(neng)力(li)建(jian)設現(xian)代化(hua)。二是(shi)加強(qiang)人才協同(tong)。聚(ju)焦新一代信息技(ji)(ji)術、人工智能(neng)(neng)、航空航天、新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)、新材料(liao)、高端裝備(bei)、生物醫藥、量子科技(ji)(ji)等(deng)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)重點(dian)關(guan)(guan)注戰略領域,組建(jian)大團隊,開展(zhan)(zhan)大協作,推(tui)(tui)(tui)動建(jian)立(li)從(cong)基礎研(yan)究(jiu)到技(ji)(ji)術應用貫通的(de)大兵團作戰模式(shi),實現(xian)跨學科、跨領域深度合作。三是(shi)加強(qiang)產(chan)教(jiao)協同(tong)。深化(hua)“企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)出題、協同(tong)答(da)題”模式(shi),與700多家(jia)(jia)(jia)重點(dian)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)聯合開展(zhan)(zhan)2300余項關(guan)(guan)鍵核心(xin)技(ji)(ji)術攻關(guan)(guan),與華為、中國(guo)移動、南方電網等(deng)領軍企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)共(gong)建(jian)聯合研(yan)發中心(xin)21家(jia)(jia)(jia),不(bu)斷推(tui)(tui)(tui)動校企協同(tong)創(chuang)新。依托國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)卓(zhuo)越工程師(shi)(shi)學院(yuan)(yuan)、國(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)創(chuang)新創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學院(yuan)(yuan)、湘江卓(zhuo)越工程師(shi)(shi)學院(yuan)(yuan)湖南大學分院(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)平臺,聘用2100余名企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)家(jia)(jia)(jia)擔任聯合導師(shi)(shi)、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)導師(shi)(shi),加快推(tui)(tui)(tui)進產(chan)教(jiao)融(rong)合、科教(jiao)融(rong)匯。

  打造發展強力引擎,提升科技創新貢獻力。一是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)域(yu)經濟(ji)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。積極(ji)(ji)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)和融(rong)入(ru)粵港(gang)澳大(da)(da)(da)(da)灣區(qu)(qu)(qu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)、長(chang)三角一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、長(chang)江(jiang)經濟(ji)帶發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)等區(qu)(qu)(qu)域(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)戰略,成立(li)國內(nei)合(he)作辦公室(shi),布(bu)局建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)7個地(di)方研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院,助力(li)區(qu)(qu)(qu)域(yu)經濟(ji)社會高(gao)質量發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。積極(ji)(ji)融(rong)入(ru)湖(hu)(hu)南(nan)“4+4(四大(da)(da)(da)(da)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、四個重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)裝置)科(ke)(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)工程”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),國家超級計算(suan)(suan)長(chang)沙(sha)中(zhong)(zhong)心全(quan)年(nian)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)算(suan)(suan)力(li)用戶(hu)860多家,牽頭建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)岳麓(lu)山工業(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)新中(zhong)(zhong)心,為(wei)湖(hu)(hu)南(nan)工業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)提(ti)供一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)、全(quan)鏈條創(chuang)(chuang)新服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)。二是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)產(chan)業(ye)轉型升級。建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)市場導向的(de)產(chan)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)用深度融(rong)合(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)“篩選(xuan)培育—分(fen)析導航—融(rong)資(zi)談(tan)判—落(luo)地(di)轉化(hua)(hua)”全(quan)流程科(ke)(ke)技成果(guo)轉化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體(ti)(ti)系,2020年(nian)以來孵化(hua)(hua)企(qi)業(ye)342家,其中(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)向原子級科(ke)(ke)學(xue)計算(suan)(suan)的(de)‘非馮·諾依曼’架構專用ASIC芯片”項目2024年(nian)作價2億元落(luo)地(di)轉化(hua)(hua)。與地(di)方政府(fu)共建(jian)(jian)(jian)半導體(ti)(ti)技術(shu)(shu)與應用創(chuang)(chuang)新研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院,助力(li)微(wei)電子企(qi)業(ye)自主研(yan)(yan)發多款(kuan)DSP芯片,打(da)破國外壟斷。與相關龍頭企(qi)業(ye)深度合(he)作,共建(jian)(jian)(jian)華為(wei)湖(hu)(hu)南(nan)聯創(chuang)(chuang)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、文化(hua)(hua)與媒體(ti)(ti)計算(suan)(suan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心,積極(ji)(ji)推動數字文化(hua)(hua)產(chan)業(ye)高(gao)質量發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。三是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)創(chuang)(chuang)新人才培養。擴大(da)(da)(da)(da)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)實(shi)驗(yan)平臺等優質科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)資(zi)源(yuan)向學(xue)生開放的(de)覆蓋面(mian),鼓勵(li)本科(ke)(ke)生進實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、進課題團隊(dui),積極(ji)(ji)參(can)與具有(you)挑戰性的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),打(da)造特(te)色鮮明的(de)拔尖創(chuang)(chuang)新人才培養專區(qu)(qu)(qu)。深入(ru)實(shi)施(shi)本科(ke)(ke)生學(xue)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)推進計劃,全(quan)面(mian)推動本科(ke)(ke)生開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)項目式學(xue)習(xi),在技術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)發過程中(zhong)(zhong)做到培養創(chuang)(chuang)新人才和提(ti)升原始(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)新能力(li)“雙結合(he)”,2024年(nian)學(xue)生獲(huo)國內(nei)外高(gao)水平學(xue)科(ke)(ke)競賽一等獎20余項。
