天津市職業教育“人工智能+”行動十項措施

  為深入貫徹(che)落(luo)實(shi)習近平(ping)總書記關于人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)與教(jiao)育(yu)數字化(hua)的(de)重要論(lun)述,全面貫徹(che)落(luo)實(shi)黨的(de)二十大、二十屆三中全會(hui)和(he)全國教(jiao)育(yu)大會(hui)精神,按照《教(jiao)育(yu)強(qiang)國建(jian)(jian)設規(gui)劃綱要(2024-2035年)》部署,深入推動人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)賦能(neng)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)變革(ge)(ge),強(qiang)化(hua)人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)在職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)領域的(de)創新(xin)(xin)應用,加快推動職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)與科技雙向賦能(neng),推進人(ren)才培養模式變革(ge)(ge)、教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學創新(xin)(xin)和(he)治理(li)能(neng)力提(ti)升(sheng),著力構建(jian)(jian)人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)賦能(neng)現代職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)系建(jian)(jian)設改革(ge)(ge)新(xin)(xin)模式,助(zhu)推區域經濟社會(hui)和(he)新(xin)(xin)質生產力發(fa)展,制定如下措施。

  一、優化專業布局

  開發(fa)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教育(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)適(shi)配(pei)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)模型,提(ti)升高(gao)(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教育(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與(yu)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)適(shi)配(pei)度。推(tui)動高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校和中職(zhi)(zhi)學校開設人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)應用(yong)、人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)數(shu)據工(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)電子信息(xi)類、計算機類等(deng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)升級(ji)改造力度,對照國(guo)家和區域產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)需求積極布(bu)點人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)相關專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和微專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),圍(wei)繞人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)裝備制造、生物醫(yi)藥、新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源、新(xin)材料、汽(qi)車、石油化工(gong)、航(hang)空航(hang)天等(deng)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)領域的(de)場景應用(yong)組建一批高(gao)(gao)水平專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群。引導(dao)天津電子信息(xi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學院(yuan)、天津城(cheng)市職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學院(yuan)、天津濱海職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學院(yuan)等(deng)通過(guo)增(zeng)量支(zhi)持(chi)和存量調整,穩(wen)步(bu)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)相關專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)招生規模,加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)領域技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才培養力度。支(zhi)持(chi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學校在(zai)“雙高(gao)(gao)計劃”“雙優計劃”建設中,加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)對人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)領域相關專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)投入,促進人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)賦能(neng)(neng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)。

  二、創新人才培養

  研制(zhi)《天(tian)津市職(zhi)(zhi)業教育人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)應用(yong)指南》和(he)《天(tian)津市職(zhi)(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)素養(yang)框(kuang)架》。發揮人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)技術優勢(shi),推(tui)動育人方式向“師—機—生”三元交互方式轉變,構建人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)賦能(neng)(neng)下的(de)(de)精準化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)人才培養(yang)模式。根據人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技術普適性(xing)、遷移(yi)性(xing)和(he)滲透性(xing)的(de)(de)特(te)點,主動結(jie)合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)專業特(te)點和(he)社會需求,在裝備制(zhi)造(zao)、電子(zi)與(yu)(yu)信息(xi)、能(neng)(neng)源動力(li)與(yu)(yu)材(cai)料、生物與(yu)(yu)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、交通(tong)運輸等10個(ge)專業大類(lei)積極開展“現(xian)(xian)代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠”“中國特(te)色學(xue)(xue)(xue)徒(tu)制(zhi)”“現(xian)(xian)場工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程師”研究與(yu)(yu)實踐。率先(xian)推(tui)動國家級(ji)和(he)市級(ji)“雙高校(xiao)”結(jie)合(he)專業實際創設人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)應用(yong)場景,開發賦能(neng)(neng)課(ke)堂(tang)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、實習實訓、考核評(ping)價(jia)等輔助教學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具。推(tui)動天(tian)津市職(zhi)(zhi)業大學(xue)(xue)(xue)探索實施學(xue)(xue)(xue)生“數(shu)字檔案(an)袋”,利(li)用(yong)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技術收集分析培養(yang)過程數(shu)據,生成培養(yang)畫(hua)像,助力(li)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習與(yu)(yu)評(ping)價(jia)。

  三、重構課程體系

  對標(biao)企業(ye)(ye)崗位要求和標(biao)準規(gui)(gui)范,利用人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)開(kai)發專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)知識圖(tu)譜(pu)和能(neng)(neng)(neng)力圖(tu)譜(pu),優化完(wan)善課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)系。推(tui)(tui)動職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)校開(kai)設(she)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)通識教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),廣泛開(kai)設(she)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)公共選(xuan)修課(ke)(ke),推(tui)(tui)動職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)校結合產業(ye)(ye)變(bian)革和技術(shu)(shu)(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新將人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)融入專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)核(he)心課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),支持職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)+X”交(jiao)叉課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),構建(jian)(jian)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)通識課(ke)(ke)+專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)核(he)心課(ke)(ke)+人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)叉課(ke)(ke)的(de)“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)+”課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)系。依托人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)(shu)(shu),加快(kuai)推(tui)(tui)進天(tian)津(jin)市(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)智(zhi)慧教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)平臺建(jian)(jian)設(she)與應(ying)(ying)用。指(zhi)導天(tian)津(jin)鐵道職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)學(xue)院等開(kai)展新一輪“課(ke)(ke)改”,將人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)國(guo)產軟件、模型、技術(shu)(shu)(shu)和應(ying)(ying)用場(chang)景(jing)融入課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she),提(ti)升相關課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)前沿性(xing)、交(jiao)叉性(xing)和創(chuang)(chuang)新性(xing),打造一批精品課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。加強(qiang)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)倫理教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),對教(jiao)學(xue)應(ying)(ying)用場(chang)景(jing)進行(xing)合規(gui)(gui)性(xing)審(shen)核(he),正確引導學(xue)生在人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)應(ying)(ying)用領域(yu)的(de)向善思(si)考,開(kai)展緊(jin)貼專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)特點的(de)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思(si)政特色教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),選(xuan)樹(shu)一批典型案(an)例。

  四、加強教材建設

  依托天津市(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)課(ke)程研(yan)發(fa)與應用(yong)中心,深化(hua)課(ke)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)聯(lian)合開發(fa)機制,支持(chi)天津輕工(gong)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技術學(xue)院、天津醫學(xue)高等專科學(xue)校等高職(zhi)(zhi)院校聯(lian)合領軍企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、重點企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),加(jia)快人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)領域(yu)科技成果和資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)向(xiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)轉化(hua),打造一(yi)批(pi)精品通識(shi)課(ke)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai),開發(fa)一(yi)批(pi)反(fan)映生產工(gong)作(zuo)場景的專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)核心課(ke)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)。升(sheng)級職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)庫,著力(li)豐(feng)富資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)形態,廣泛吸納(na)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輔教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)設(she)計(ji)、虛擬仿真、實(shi)驗(yan)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、智能(neng)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、互(hu)動課(ke)堂(tang)、線(xian)上教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)等資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan),大力(li)開發(fa)《智能(neng)制造單元集(ji)成應用(yong)》《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)機器人(ren)(ren)應用(yong)》《國產Linux系統管理》等數字(zi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)。在市(shi)級規劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)認定和國家(jia)級規劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)獎申報推薦中,對于人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)相(xiang)關(guan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)給予適當(dang)傾(qing)斜(xie)。

  五、提高教師素養

  基(ji)于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)數字素(su)養》標準,出臺(tai)《天(tian)津(jin)市(shi)職(zhi)業(ye)學校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)素(su)養框架》。面(mian)向專(zhuan)(zhuan)任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學管理干(gan)部(bu)開展(zhan)(zhan)“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)+教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學能(neng)力(li)/管理能(neng)力(li)”全員輪訓(xun),開展(zhan)(zhan)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)賦(fu)能(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改(gai)革專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)課(ke)題研究(jiu),組(zu)織開展(zhan)(zhan)職(zhi)業(ye)學校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)輔助教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學設(she)(she)計大(da)賽,提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)技術(shu)應用能(neng)力(li)。創(chuang)設(she)(she)“AI教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作室”,培育(yu)(yu)30個高水(shui)平教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學團隊。依托天(tian)津(jin)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)平臺(tai)增設(she)(she)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)(人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng))服務欄目,匯聚(ju)共(gong)享優質(zhi)課(ke)程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學資源和(he)應用案例。積極搭建(jian)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)領(ling)域教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)實(shi)踐鍛(duan)煉、產學研合(he)作等平臺(tai),健(jian)全教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)與(yu)行業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才雙向交(jiao)流機制。試點“雙師(shi)(shi)型AI導師(shi)(shi)”機制,推(tui)動企業(ye)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)通過遠程(cheng)協作參(can)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學。推(tui)動天(tian)津(jin)現(xian)代職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)學院(yuan)等聯合(he)合(he)作企業(ye)組(zu)建(jian)一批專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群虛擬教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研室,突破時空限(xian)制,實(shi)現(xian)協同教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研。

  六、打造實踐基地

  推(tui)動天津(jin)電子(zi)信息職業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)升(sheng)級建(jian)設人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)開(kai)放型產教(jiao)融合(he)實(shi)(shi)踐中心(xin),打造人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)在(zai)線實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)平臺,面向全(quan)市職業(ye)學(xue)(xue)校相關專(zhuan)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)開(kai)放申請注冊管(guan)理,提供算力(li)服務(wu)與在(zai)線課程教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)服務(wu),強化生(sheng)(sheng)成式(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)與大模型應用領域人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)。推(tui)動天津(jin)渤海職業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)等高(gao)職院(yuan)校與行業(ye)龍頭企(qi)業(ye)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo),不斷更新人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)項(xiang)目(mu),構建(jian)包含實(shi)(shi)體裝備、模擬(ni)仿(fang)真和虛(xu)擬(ni)現(xian)實(shi)(shi)平臺的(de)實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)體系,開(kai)發基于虛(xu)擬(ni)仿(fang)真和人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)多維度(du)一體化實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)資(zi)源(yuan),構建(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)環境、實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)場(chang)地(di)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場(chang)所與虛(xu)擬(ni)場(chang)景融合(he)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)空間,探(tan)索(suo)AI情景式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和職業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化測試與評估指導。

  七、深化產教融合

  支持(chi)天津(jin)交(jiao)(jiao)通職業(ye)學(xue)院等深化(hua)產(chan)學(xue)合(he)(he)作協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),在交(jiao)(jiao)通物流(liu)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制造(zao)、綠色化(hua)工(gong)(gong)等重(zhong)點領(ling)域建設AI實訓基(ji)地,引入企(qi)(qi)業(ye)真實生產(chan)數據開發(fa)(fa)教學(xue)案例。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)華為、聯(lian)(lian)(lian)想、科大訊飛、360等企(qi)(qi)業(ye)共建“AI+產(chan)業(ye)學(xue)院”,開發(fa)(fa)校企(qi)(qi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)課(ke)程與認證體(ti)系。推(tui)廣實施人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)領(ling)域產(chan)學(xue)合(he)(he)作協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),以產(chan)業(ye)技術發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)最新成(cheng)(cheng)果推(tui)動人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)改革。鼓勵(li)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)深入參與制定人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)方(fang)案,組織開展(zhan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技術技能(neng)(neng)競賽,引導學(xue)生以產(chan)業(ye)實際問題開展(zhan)創(chuang)新創(chuang)業(ye)實踐(jian)。支持(chi)建設天津(jin)市產(chan)教城(cheng)融合(he)(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)體(ti)綜合(he)(he)服務平臺(tai),利用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)技術精(jing)準對接企(qi)(qi)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源需(xu)求、技術研發(fa)(fa)需(xu)求、項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)合(he)(he)作需(xu)求和學(xue)校人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才供給信息(xi)、科研成(cheng)(cheng)果信息(xi)。發(fa)(fa)揮信創(chuang)產(chan)教聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)體(ti)、天津(jin)市人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)賦能(neng)(neng)職業(ye)教育創(chuang)新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)盟等平臺(tai)作用(yong),校企(qi)(qi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)開展(zhan)技術攻關、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)和項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)孵化(hua),構(gou)建創(chuang)新融合(he)(he)、開放多元的(de)職業(ye)教育發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)生態(tai)。

  深化人工(gong)(gong)智能在數(shu)字(zi)校(xiao)園(yuan)建設(she)的(de)融合(he)創新,支持(chi)天津(jin)機電(dian)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)等院(yuan)校(xiao)推進(jin)(jin)智慧校(xiao)園(yuan)標準(zhun)化建設(she),完(wan)成專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)群教(jiao)室、實訓室智慧化升級全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai),部署(shu)5G全(quan)息投影(ying)、VR設(she)備交互系統(tong),打造(zao)“物理(li)虛擬”融合(he)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)空(kong)間,打造(zao)一批“人工(gong)(gong)智能+”職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)典型學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。鼓勵(li)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建設(she)校(xiao)本(ben)數(shu)據中心(xin),涵蓋(gai)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)基(ji)本(ben)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)條件、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)管理(li)、教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)管理(li)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)、黨建思政、資產與設(she)備管理(li)、科研(yan)管理(li)、服務管理(li)等基(ji)礎數(shu)據,打造(zao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)管理(li)、教(jiao)育(yu)分(fen)析(xi)評(ping)估的(de)綜合(he)平臺。深化教(jiao)育(yu)評(ping)價方(fang)式改(gai)革(ge),深入運用人工(gong)(gong)智能和大數(shu)據技術,開(kai)展精準(zhun)評(ping)價、診斷、改(gai)進(jin)(jin),推動教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方(fang)法革(ge)新和培養(yang)(yang)模式改(gai)革(ge),服務學(xue)(xue)(xue)生專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)知識、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技能和數(shu)字(zi)素養(yang)(yang)培養(yang)(yang)。

  發(fa)揮國家現代職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)改革創新示范(fan)區和現代職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體系建(jian)設(she)改革試點(dian)優勢,集中資(zi)(zi)源力量,打造“人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)+職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”天(tian)津方(fang)案。依托(tuo)職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)重大(da)改革項目,設(she)立“人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)+”專項任務,強(qiang)(qiang)化資(zi)(zi)金和資(zi)(zi)源支(zhi)持。加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)評價(jia)引領,將人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)素(su)養納入學生綜合素(su)質評價(jia)體系,鼓(gu)勵職業學校將人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)輔助(zhu)教(jiao)(jiao)學情況納入教(jiao)(jiao)師教(jiao)(jiao)學檔案袋(dai),開展職業學校人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)建(jian)設(she)與應用(yong)情況視導。強(qiang)(qiang)化數據(ju)安全(quan)(quan)保障,落實網絡與數據(ju)安全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作責任制,建(jian)立健全(quan)(quan)風(feng)險(xian)防(fang)范(fan)機制。
